La localisation de l’hôtel, la chambre était bien.

L’accès à la piscine après 19h on doit payer un supplément pour pouvoir rester. Si vous avez une chambre qui est côté route, c’est bruyant.

Déception de ne pas pouvoir profiter du principal atout de cet hôtel

La propreté, le confort des chambres qui sont assez spacieuses, la proximité du quartier animé (Kokusai Dori) et de la gare du monorail de l’aéroport de Naha.

Nous avons choisi cet établissement principalement pour sa piscine extérieure sur le toit, largement mise en avant sur Booking. Malheureusement, en raison d’un risque de typhon, la piscine fut fermée pendant tout notre séjour. Bien que les mesures de sécurité soient compréhensibles, il n’y avait aucune flexibilité pour l’accès à la piscine même lorsque le temps était clément. De plus, l’établissement ne nous a pas informés à l’avance de cette fermeture, survenue plus de 36 heures avant notre arrivée, ce qui ne nous a pas permis d’annuler notre réservation. À noter également qu'entre 19h et 23h, heure de fermeture de la piscine, un supplément de 2000¥ par personne est requis pour y accéder, même pour les clients de l'hôtel. Les risques récurrents de typhons et l'excès de prudence de l’établissement font que vous n’avez aucune garantie de pouvoir profiter de cette magnifique piscine si vous ne restez que quelques jours. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est très cher pour ce qui est proposé.

Zwembad is uniek, maar algehele sfeer niet geweldig.

Het zwembad op het dak is een unieke ervaring. Voor ons was het perfect gelegen vlakbij de ferry terminal en op loopafstand van het centrum.

Het hotel had een "all-inclusive vibe". Die sfeer sprak mij niet aan. De kamer was niet schoon, veel stof en het rook muf.

I felt sad to leave but very happy with the experience, you won’t regret staying here.

I loved the breakfast, from the fruit to the little cakes and sweet desserts. The pool is great, a nice way to relax for an hour after a day out and before going out for a meal and a beer. Of course nice helpful staff make a stay really, and they were. I found a 500 Yen voucher in with my clean towels on days I didn’t require the room made up, gets beer at the bar or other things in the property, a nice little and unexpected gesture.

Seul intérêt de l'hôtel sa piscine

La piscine est le seul vrai atout de cet hôtel, qui sinon s'apparente plus a un business hôtel.

Personnel pas très aimable Buffet petit déjeuné pléthorique mais de mauvaise qualité Les enfants sont soit disant les bienvenus mais rien n'est fait pour vous aider sur le séjour. Rapport qualité-prix très en dessous de la moyenne pour le Japon

Comfy hotel with a warm pool

Nice beds, comfy pyjamas, everything you need in the bathroom - shampoo, etc. Great location, Very close to the ferry terminal ( 3 min Walk). Close to the fish market (10-15 min Walk) with the greatest sushi, lots of inexpensive restaurants nearby. It was nice to have a pool and a hot tub, and it was nice and warm, even for the end of December. And we got a drink voucher 500 yen from the housekeeping staff, which we could use in the hotel bar or at breakfast.

Everything was great.would have been nice if the pool was open before 10 AM for a nice morning swim.

Would always come back!

The pool was amazing. Bed was also confortable. Amazing location And cheap parking where u can get out and in whenever u want just paying one time

The room for 3 was really tiny. Was a little bit hard to organize our suitcase cause we didn’t have enough space.. But can’t complain too much since the stay was really really cheap !!!

Ottimo hotel a Naha

Puoi non farti pulire la stanza e ti danno un buono da 500 yen. Ottima posizione per le isole, distante 15 minuti da kukusai-dori. Piscina all'ultimo piano e vasca idromassaggio gratis di giorno, 1000yen di sera con bevanda compresa.

Nessuno parla inglese, quindi c'è molta difficoltà di comunicazione. La reception ci dice che non può prenotare taxi, con 4 valigie diventa complicato.

みんなで楽しく満喫！沖縄

58号線沿い観光へいくにもまっすぐ走るだけ、あとは国際通りまで徒歩10分くらいですが街なみを見ながらすぐついちゃいます！朝食のフレンチトーストが特に美味しかったです。清楚サービスの有無で金券サービスがあるのもお得でした。毎回何かホテルの商品を購入しています。

食事は洋風が多め、パスタのところで卵のメニューの目玉焼きが食べたかったです。（海外だとあるので）

コスパを考えると施設やサービス等本当に良く、また利用したいと思えるホテルです！

冬でも入れるプール、ウエルカムバブルシャワーで子どもが大喜びしていました。フリードリンクのサービスも良かったです。コーヒーが美味しかった。朝食も品数多く、工夫や手をかけているお料理が多く、大満足です。

1人、フロントの年配の男性がなぜかいちいち引っかかる言い方をされていて、レンタル品を借りる際にかなり気分が悪かったです…。他の若い男性や、外国人の男性のフロントの方はとても親切でした！お電話でお話した女性やEV前をお掃除されていた女性のスタッフも優しくてとても良かったです！

雰囲気やデザインがとても良く落ち着ける。朝食に関しては料理の質、量ともにこれまで泊まってきたホテルの中でも最高クラスでした。朝食にワインがあった意味に驚かされました。

Fabulous stay at the Aqua Citta

Stay on the 9th floor and make sure to include breakfast!

We stayed on the 9th floor which had access to free beer/wine/coffee and snacks. We felt this was really valuable and enjoyed having access to these amenities. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. So much variety! The roof pool came in handy because it was so hot and humid when we were in Okinawa. It was really nice to be able to take a break at the pool.

It seems to be a common issue with all the hotel laundry rooms around Japan, but I would definitely suggest upgrading the laundry room. The hotel could use bigger, more efficient machines, and many more of them. There was some pretty stiff competition for those machines. And the dryers took forever to dry the clothes.

朝食を食べる為だけでいい。

上階で静かでありそれなりの広さがあった。また朝食は非常に美味しく満足度が高い。

スタッフがあまり目を見て説明してくれなかった。かつ早口であり、案内の紙を手渡して貰えなかった。部屋にWiFi等を案内する資料がないためフロントに取りに戻った。上層階はクラブラウンジの利用が可能とあったため、くつろげるスペースがありその中でアルコール類が楽しめると思い期待をしていたが大きく裏切られる形式であった。クラブラウンジについての情報や写真が非常に少なく過度な期待をしていたところがあったかもしれないがお得感や納得感はほとんどなかった。インフィニティプールの利用に関しても着替えられる場所がなく水着のままうろつくことになるため不便さが際立つ。沖縄らしさを楽しもうとしているならこのホテルでなくてもよい。地元民が特別な体験を求めているならこのホテルでなくても良い。中途半端な宿泊になってしまった。

You are paying for the facilities, the rooms aren't that good for the price

We liked using the coin laundry on the first floor. Staff let us leave our luggage when we went out for the day. There is a gift shop in the foyer. The bathroom was pretty spacious.

We paid a little extra to have this nice hotel experience with the pool and bar, but due to the typhoon that didn't actually come to Naha, these facilities were closed by the hotel. The rooms themselves were not that nice, so it turns out we paid for an expensive but not that flashy room but couldn't use any of the facilities. The room itself was pretty small and not that comfortably organised. It's a big hotel so often there was congestion at the lift.

Pool is warmish even in the off-winter-season, rooms are clean. 15-20 mins walk to the kokusai street so you might need a taxi on sunny days because it can be a bit tough to walk that much under okinawa sun.

Great hotel but be aware of the no tattoo policy in the swimming pool!

The room, the location, and the breakfast were really good.

I wish they said that the swimming pool had a no tattoo policy as I would have booked somewhere else to be able to enjoy the outdoor space more freely.
