Gran hotel

Los trabajadores del hotel son súper amables, siempre ayudando cuando era necesario. La habitación estaba muy limpia y con unas vistas preciosas. Hotel situado a 5 minutos del centro de Salento, así que es ideal para pasar unos días y hacer excursiones desde allí.

Gran lugar para hospedarse en Salento y disfrutar de la calma.

La vista desde el hotel y la habitación es inigualable. Las habitaciones son amplias y frescas; el desayuno estaba muy rico y adaptable a las limitaciones de dieta.

Había poca privacidad en las habitaciones pues se escuchaba todo el ruido de adentro hacia afuera y viceversa. También es poco accesible para personas con limitaciones de mobilidad.

Perfecto para despertar con unas maravillosas vistas a solo unos minutos del centro

Las increibles vistas, absolutamente maravillosas Y la comodidad de las camas, todo limpio y amplio. Una excelente atención al cliente y un desayuno exquisito. Habitación super amplia.

El camino para llegar a pie al hotel es un poco inestable y el jacuzzi ese día no funcionaba.

En nuestra habitación no habia caja fuerte, faltan neveras en las habitaciones, una plancha y mesa para planchar. Depronto mas opciones de desayuno.

Si en temporada alta vas a viajar, este hotel te va a cancelar.

Que me ofrecieron otra opción para quedarnos en un hostal ya que cancelaron nuestra reserva.

Indican haberme contactado a un número totalmente errado al registrado en booking, y debido a mi falta de respuesta habían cancelado la Reserva.... Claramente fue una cancelación premeditata para alquilar la habitación a un precio más alto en plena temporada alta.

Very good

Great view on the valley (despite bit "far" from Salento centre) and quite peaceful place. Flexibility/availability of staff to support our needs.

Advantage of having great view and quite relaxing place could be considered a disadvantage for not being on Salento centre. Depends on what are you looking for. For us was good choice

Location, difficult place to find. Unpaved and uneven road. Jacuzzi was empty/not working. The room is very small and was right on top of the restaurant area, therefore was too noisy from the indoor activities and noisy from the neighbours’ hotels.

Unforgettable magical stay in the Coffee region!

Excellent location, close to the town center; property has amazing mountain views. in addition, the staff has superb customer service.

Not quite what we hoped for.

Lovely view off the balcony. Breakfast was good on the one day we were able to have it. Staff were very friendly - Spanish speaking only which was fine by us but do note English is listed on Booking.com and there certainly wasn't any!

Breakfast service starts quite late for an area with very early activities, we had to find other options on two days anyway in order to be able to get to activities on time. Really noisy in the rooms if people are being loud in the hallways, also a hostel behind the building with loud music, although they did seem to turn it off by around 11pm. No room service daily - in quite a cold room our towels and bathroom just stayed continuously damp. Walk into town was up a reasonably steep hill and the last part closer to the hotel isn't well lit - I wouldn't feel safe walking as a solo female traveler at night time to this hotel. We didn't feel like the photos on Booking.com are indicative of the actual hotel itself, ie. the jacuzzis are down in the front yard, not really overlooking the view as they appear in photos. There was no seating on the deck so sit and appreciate the view.

They need to fix the loud music problem, the poor access road and the fireplace.

Breakfast was good. The views of the mountains from the breakfast table were excellent.

There is a bar behind the hotel that plays loud music until 10:30 PM. The street to access the hotel is in horrible condition. The fireplace in the common area was not working.

beautiful view of the landscape from the rooms. the property was very well kept and the beds were comfortable. I love that they always had coffee available too.

it was a bit challenging to find the property. we had to ask locals for directions a few times.

The hotel is absolutely a wonderful place beacuse of the location with a beautiful view to the mountains. The staff was very attentive bringing a delicious artisanal coffee to us all the time. We appreciated the good service. I loved so much and I highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, loved Salento

The staff were very friendly and eager to please. The hotel is in a very hilly location, beautiful views over the countryside but that did come with an early morning call from the local cockerel. Would definitely recommend

Superb

we got an upgrade because our room was next to reception and had mold everywhere. the new room was very nice and comfortable though. there is a nice view from the balcony!

the first room they offered us was full of mold which is not acceptable at all. we ask for a new room and the woman on the reception was quite annoyed. in the end we got a nice new room but we wouldn’t have paid more for it.
