Best accommodation we have had in Japan

This apartment was exceptional. We were 4 and the room was big enough for us. Very clean, check in/out easy. The location was great and although it seemed to be in a nightlife area we heard nothing at night. Air conditioning was great as were the shower and bath. Beds were comfortable

My only point for this would be that the sofa beds are quite short and only suitable for children. This was not an issue for us.

Très bon séjour !

Chambre très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Rien à redire au niveau de la propreté. L'établissement est situé juste à côté d'un Konbini, très pratique pour les petits creux pendant la nuit !

Un peu loin du centre d'Osaka mais cela n'est pas vraiment représentatif de la qualité de l'établissement. Beaucoup de rabatteurs en dehors de l'hôtel également mais cela n'était pas vraiment dérangeant.

A large room with kitchen for our family and a great location close to the train and Osaka Umeda.

Spacious and great for us as a family. Train station close by and a great location for food and shopping nearby.

Had stairs to the front entrance and no access to the lift available at short notice. Had to carry suitcases and a pram up the stairs ourselves.

コスパ最高、いい滞在でした！

リネンも綺麗で、部屋も綺麗に掃除されていて、気持ちよく利用できました。食器も揃っていて助かりました。冷蔵庫の大きさも十分で便利でした！Wi-Fiも利用できたので助かりました。

他の利用者の足音や物音が多少気になりました。

物には困らずきれいなところでした。

遅いチェックインが可能で助かります。近くにパーキングやドンキホーテ、コンビニがあり　何でも揃いました。

夜中から明け方にかけて、まわりの飲み屋帰りの人が外で騒いでいてうるさかった。

So Recommended!

The room is SO wide! The beds too, fit 4 ppl comfortably They separate the bathroom and toilet so it’s easier for group traveller.

The room is quite warm and just a little bit hot although there’s an air conditioner

部屋の安さと広さは良いが、家具の当たりはずれがありそう。WIFIが繋がらないのはすぐにどうにかするべき。

近所で買い出して部屋で友人と楽しむには、十三の立地はよかった。広さと安さも良い。

二度宿泊したが、どちらもWIFIがまったくすぐに切れて使い物にならなかった。DOCOMOの電波も室内は入りにくく、ネット使用の面では非常に不便だった。ベッドも壊れていて簡易的に木材で補強されていたが、ずれていて危なかった。

コスパ良し

安いのに広かったし便利な場所だった。あと忘れ物をしたけど迅速に対応してくれた。

特にないけどあえて言えば景色。けど外眺めることないから気にしない。

It was alright for 1 day.

It’s close to a station. There’s an elevator.

The sofa in our room was stained. Also one of friends slept on the sofa and whenever they would move, it would make a loud noise.

overall, our stay was pleasant. wish that some of the stores and restaurant stay open a little later than 8 pm

the room was very spacious compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan.

didn’t like the iPad check in. also didn’t like that the hotel has no way to holding our luggages upon early arrival since check in is at 3pm. we literally had to wait 2 hours outside the hotel until check in with our luggages.

Nice place to stay

It was almost an apartment, not a hotel room. Equipped even in a simple kitchenette, the room was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed

Lady at the reception desk was probably nice, but didn't speak conversational English, so wasn't able to help us with a few simple stuff (like finding a hair dryer)

Everything about the room

The hotel is actually near the red light district which is not suitable as my kids were with us.. There were few times the men approach my husband and cousin to come in to the bars.

Pretty average

There was lots of space and it's not too far from the station. There is a temperature controlled shower which is nice. They supply you with utensils to cook with and there are actually a few grocers near-by so you can cook. Overall I didn't hate my stay but I wouldn't stay here again.

The cleanliness was not great. We had a blood(?) stain on the mattress protector. Beds weren't too comfortable and you can feel the springs. The hotel is in a red-light district so probably not great for kids. There are people soliciting outside and occasionally you'll hear drunk people outside, too. There is a balcony but you can't use it. Also there is no one at reception between certain hours and they do not hold your bags. People will park bikes outside the accessibility lift 24/7 so this is definitely not an accessible place to stay.

It was very clean and spacious.

It was far from the city and closest station was 10 minutes away. It had no ramp and we had to manually lift our heavy suitcases to enter.

Very good

I thought I was the only guest staying there, but the hotel was full. The Minn Hotel is a very quiet hotel located near Jo-So station. There is a lovely girl at the reception. She is very friendly and speaks good English. The room design is more like an apartment with catering facilities. The hotel is very suitable for couples or groups otherwise a solo traveler can stay there, but he definitely needs a lion's heart.

You cannot lock the room from the inside.

Something like a motel, not quite a hotel.

It was fairly near the train station. About a 5 minute walk. Restaurants are nearby and a Don Quijote is just down the street.

The 4 beds were all in one room. It was solid ground so any noise would just be louder. There was no separate living space for dining at home (i.e. a dining room or dining table) Also, I think this is in some red light district. Not a good place to bring kids. Lots of street solicitation (by the men) to venture into their establishments. They won't hold onto your luggage before check-in or after check-out.
