The property was as described with a great location and a fair price. The unit could have been cleaner. Cob webs in the corner of the living room and patio areas. The property looked well building looked well maintained and they have carts for carrying luggage. Check in and out process was straight forward as well.

Location to the lake was great. Had a 6 year old and a 1 year old so it made it easy with being that close to the lake. Also felt very safe during our stay because you needed a code to get into every door at the resort.

Condo is ok. The property management team sent me 3 different codes to the garage before one worked. They left the blinds open so it was super hot in the condo, even with the A/C set at 68 degrees, it took over 24 to get the master bedroom down to a comfortable temperature.

First off, we like to keep reviews positive when we can, and there was definitely plenty of good stuff about this condo! So here are the PROS: Good building, good location, great covered parking in snowy winter a big+, parking space conveniently close to elevator, gas fireplace is fast and powerful, loved the floor to ceiling windows, you get a partial view of the lake, plenty of hot water on demand, Vacasa super responsive/helpful with door code error, and offered good communication throughout. Now, not being overly fussy about the following, but if they worked on these it'd get a 5 star rating instead of 4! CONS: "Cleaning fee" alone is almost $100 per night, and yet you are still required to collect all trash and bring down to the ground floor? Hmmm. Bedding didn't smell super fresh, sheets may have been clean, but don't have confidence they wash the blanket or pad underneath for every guest. And happy there was a coffee machine but would have been good to know that I needed to bring coffee filters beforehand. All said, it's a nice place and we're happy we stayed. Style and vibe are nice and would stay there again possibly.

Nice feeling as if your home. Has everything you need to cook in the kitchen if you didn’t want to eat out all the time. Also, a grill outside of your private deck. Bed was comfortable as well as the pop out bed in the sofa. The only thing I didn’t like was the deck. It needed to be clean. The light didn’t work on the deck but that probably could of been fix if we ask. And the little bugs that you’ll see flying everywhere at the lake needed to be clean around the window area. And the the swimming pool needed some tlc. But overall it was a comfortable for my family of 5.

Replace blinds at North facing windows. The blinds are too heavy to be easily used. And the black out paper in the bedroom windows completely prevent a view of the lake. Too good of a view to cover up. Transition strip at main bathroom needs to be glued down or replaced. Smart TVs are not connected to internet to utilize streaming services. Tried to connect myself with no luck. I think it’s time to upgrade the TVs. Add washer and dryer to the listing. It currently states laundry service is “external”. I submitted a question through Vercasa app three days before our trip about on site laundry with no response. Other than those things, we really enjoyed our stay. Mostly clean. There are stains in the furniture I’m sure would come out with some effort. Air conditioning was strong enough to stay comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Lots of towels (even beach towels) provided. Code provided did not work upon arrival, but got quick, friendly service to troubleshoot the issue by calling into Vercasa within 3 minutes. We may stay here again next year.

The condo had everything we needed and more! Was a great getaway for a few nights to allow us to check out Chelan. We'll be back in the summer when it warms up! The electric fireplace was a nice bonus! Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen. Great place.

Chelan vacation
The door to the balcony was really confusing and the window latch broke and did not work. Hook on back of bathroom door is needed. More plates and glasses needed. Beds are comfortable. Lots of space. Loved the dishwasher.

Lovely Cozy Condo
This condo unit is great! It provided my family with great joy. My spouse, child, and I had a great time together here. The shower was spacious, televisions in the bedrooms and living room, comfortable furniture, and last but not the least the view of the lake. The building also has a good size pool on the first floor! We would definitely come back next time!

Great location, Great Unit
We loved our stay here. The unit was clean, well stocked and we were pleasantly surprised by the Netflix account connected to the living room tv. The one recommendation I have is to bring an eye mask or the travel blackout shades. I usually travel with both and forgot them (the eye mask for me and the blackout shades for my toddler). The master bedroom caught the sun right at 5:30am and lit up like the main stage of rave concert until about 9am. Needless to say I was up WAY earlier than I wanted to be every day. This is my only complaint. Will be back again (with my eye mask and blackout curtains)!

Great Family Getaway
The view was fabulous, the king size bed was great (pillows could be refreshed). The kids shared the queen bed with no problems. The furniture was cozy, and we love the fire. We have stayed numerous times at Chelan Resort Suites, and this is one of the better units. There are small things that need to be addressed by Vacasa (the can opener is inoperable, cobwebs on windows should be cleaned up, the freezer leaks into the fridge, some lights are burned out, some glasses are missing, and remotes are missing batteries, and the internet is HORRIBLE! But it has been for the better part of a year) It was a very pleasant surprise to have our own BBQ, so we didn't have to walk all the way down to the common area. Also, we love having the little HVAC room open so we can stash our cooler and other gear in there. All said and done, we'd love to come back.

Second stay at this exact property. Excellent view and pool/hot tub. No late check out due to "extra cleaning for covid" but we saw no evidence of "extra" cleanliness, as there were some spider webs and mold on bottom of shower curtains.

Stay for couple days. Happy with location and condo until we ready to go to bed. Linens and blankets are dirty. We called few time to support but no help from local staff. End up washing linens and blanket jus to get by.

Pictures were deceiving
We loved the view, the full size kitchen and having access to a washer and dryer. The cleanliness was ok, but not to high standards. I've stayed at motel 6's that were cleaner. Overall it was a nice place to stay, but there were a lot of little things that added up.
