Super !

Piscines peu profondes (environ 1m20), buffet très bien sauf au niveau des desserts, ça manquait de choix (pas assez de pâtisserie Marocaine), grande chambre propres mais lits trop mous.

Plusieurs fois le problème pour ouvrir la porte de la chambre avec le badge.

Lovely clean environment and great staff but food/ buffet needs improvement.

The room and all the hotel was immaculately clean. There was a lively pool and a quiet pool which was nice. Comfortable beds and sun beds. Pool staff and all bar & restaurant staff were lovely.

The food was disappointing. We love all types of food including Moroccan food but sadly it was just not very good overall. The buffet area was very small which created over crowding and generally the choice was repetitive. Also more outside seating is needed for the lobby bar particularly in the evening before dinner… it was always difficult to find anywhere to sit except for indoor area which did not have much of an atmosphere. Outside was great if you could find a seat.

Amazing

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The food was really tasty and the restaurant staff were very attentive and were always available to top up your drinks. The hotel was very clean and tidy and overall we enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel's ambiance was inviting, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. The team members were warm, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure guests' satisfaction. From the reception desk to the restaurant and the concierge, every staff member seemed genuinely dedicated to making my stay memorable. They were not only professional but also personable, making me feel valued as a guest. A special mention goes to Achraf, who was incredibly attentive and proactive in accommodating my requests. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any queries or concerns I had made a lasting impression on me.

The balcony Lots of activities to do Mocktails were really nice and the Moroccan food was lovely The staff were really nice and welcoming. Always so accommodating and friendly

The snack bar would get really busy so sometimes you would have to wait a while The variety of food could’ve been better Snacks and food should be served at night. You can drink until 12am but not eat food. For example, like ice cream or dessert/pastry

Thank you very much to all staff who make our stay in Marrakesh perfect.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Free shuttle bus to Medina. Buffet restaurant with good selection vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Big and very clean room. Perfect Moroccan tea. Nice SPA with reasonable price for the treatment.

Almost everything was perfect. The view from our room can be a little better however we spent most of the time out visiting Medina and other places. Sometimes the buffet restaurant was very crowded when too many people decided to eat at the same time.

Lovely modern clean property Staff were all so friendly Good security The whole vibes of the hotel was good Good food as well!

Location - not much near or around the hotel For the buffet, it would have been good to have any allergens listed for each dish (I have a nut allergy so has to be wary about which dishes looked like they had nuts in them)

It was an experience and I loved Marrakech but probably wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, I wouldn’t consider it a 5 st

I appreciate the varied activities to do whilst at the pool. The local tour operator was great and super helpful and the staff in the hotel store were lovely.

The room I was given smelt due to the drainage so I requested a new room. The new room I thought was better but when I went to shower the drain was blocked and the water ended up all over the bathroom. There was also a horrible smell from the drain in the shower every time it was cleaned. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on so used a pillow so I wouldn’t sink into the bed. The fridge didn’t always work. When I arrived nobody gave me a tour of the hotel I had to request it which to me didn’t make sense as I would expect them to show me everything. Some of the staff were friendly but some weren’t as friendly and a bit moody for a 5 star hotel the service wasn’t always great and quick enough. All inclusive - the cocktails were watered down so I didn’t drink them. The variety of food in the morning didn’t have many options for someone who doesn’t eat red meat, pork or much dairy.

The food was good. hotel look good from the outside!

location far from city. stuff very poor English, NOT FRIENDLY! Tab in the room not working, pool very could water, not heated in April.... Badly equipped fitness room. Maschiness not working, small and uncomfortable for such a big hotel.

Wouldn’t come back here.

Nice room, which was clean and a good size. The barstaff were friendly and polite.

Instant coffee at breakfast was not adequate given the cost of this resort. The check-in experience was lacklustre, with the staff a little arrogant and nonchalant.

Breakfast variety should be better for 5* hotel. Drinks were of cheap quality for "all-inclusive" hotel. Bars need serious improvement. Staff should be more polite and helpful.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful experience at the BeLive Collection Marrakech. Every staff member we encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Free shuttle bus for the city center is provided. Thank you! Will recommend to who intend to visit Marrakech!

The hotel is very clean, the suite room was great. Shuttle was very convenient and easy.

We were disappointed that there were no moroccan features to the hotel, it very much felt like a western hotel in the middle of the desert (which may be some people’s choice). Our first room was on the ground floor close to the karaoke bar, the outside chairs were basically in the carpark and it was very noisy. The only option was to upgrade to the suite which we ended up doing. The karaoke bar was extremely loud, there was nowhere outside to sit away from this noise. It’s very far from the centre (30 mins by car), the free shuttle is excellent but we hadn’t realised it was so far away (our fault for not enough research!) the food was hit and miss, a couple of delicious dishes but sometimes not very much (again may be personal choice). Small thing but the wristbands were extremely uncomfortable! We wouldn’t stay here again if we returned but it may be a good choice for some people. I would avoid if you are keen to get a traditional and peaceful experience away from western karaoke bars!

Great pool areas, big rooms and activities (table tennis, sports bar, archery). Very clean facilities

Buffet was really disappointing, same bland food every day. Front desk staff extremely rude & passive aggresive, clearly resent the tourists staying in the resort which is disappointing.

For a 5 star hotel, variety of food, staff customer service in the restaurant need improvement. When requesting for tea especially, everything should be brought to the table together. Hot water pot, teabags, milk, teaspoon & cup & saucer. Not bringing things separately & having to chase the staff member. Also, loose teabags can be presented in a better way, preferably individually wrapped teabags for hygiene purposes, not just dumped on a saucer. Mini bar fridge in room was empty Presentation & quality of cocktails/Mocktails in the bar by the pool was disappointing, the drinks tasted watered down & artificial, especially the Mocktails. Food presentation & quality by the pool bar was also very disappointing . Food was underwhelming and sometimes over cooked.

Pools and gardens. Rooms are a good size. All inclusive. Restaurant staff friendly and efficient.

Smelly drainage and a leaky toilet in my room. I also found a cockroach in my room. Bedlinen not changed regularly. Front desk and Customer Relations team poor. Spa - lovely staff, but massage beds aren’t flat so I was worried it would hurt my back. A la carte restaurant good. Main restaurant food very average.
