Perfect location in Rhodes

Good location, big flat, helpfull staff.

The double bed is horrible - pls replace it 😊.

Relaxing, convenient, friendly.

Incredible location, short walk from the beach, the main shopping centre and the old town. Lovely shops and restaurants directly outside. Maria was an excellent host and very easy to contact. Highly recommended.

Very nice appartment, modern decoration, comfortable bed. Maria was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions, despite the difficult situation (wildfires, heatwave) on the island

There was a slight problem with the shower drain, other than that nothing else. The location is a little loud, but nothing dramatic.

Easy access into the appartements as administrator of the premises gave detailed instructions. Fantastic place if you want to be surrounded of night life of the town. All major places of interest are close by walk.

Shower holder was broken.

Dear maria thank you so much for having us! We had a great time in Rhodes. Your apartment was exactly what we needed! Right in the middle of the city with plenty of restaurants, beach and stores of all kinds. Room was very comfortable and clean. We will visit you again for sure!!!

The apartment was exactly as the photos...the location better than we thought.just a 5 minute walk from everything.very comfortable and clean.the hostess very friendly and she make our stay extremely pleasant.!! definitely recommend and visit again ☺️.thank you!

Value apartment for relaxing Rhodes break.

Location was perfect. Short walk to beaches, local shops and bars, easy walk to Rhodes old town. Outdoor patio area.

Would have been good to know electrics box was behind a painting as we had to call owner when electrics fused. Better communication would have been helpful though she was there quickly when we called.

Perfect stay

The apartment was bigger than we thought, very comfortable and clean. The position is optimal, 10/15 minutes walk from the port and the Old Town. Highly recommended!

Great location and that's it.

The bedroom don't have ac and we had to wait for more than than two hours to feel some cool air. Ac is horrible in the apartment. Also the keys were in a box with the right password on it!so everyone could remove them any time.... Also the mattress was horrible!

Perfect location in the center of Rhodos

I stayed in New Town Apartements 2 times now. Both times in a nice, clean and well equipped apartements. The location next to Ekklisia Isodia Theotokou Is perfect without to much noise from the cozy little streets that are in area.

Superb

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Perfect location: Right on a street full of restaurants and shops. Short walk to the beach as well the old town.

The location was perfect, the owner was very arranging for check-in and check-out, the place is comfortable for a few nights.

There are small details that can be improved: the ventilation in the bathroom is noisy and the wifi connection does not reach the bathroom.
