Emplacement, rapport qualité prix, sympathie de la personne à l accueil le 3 juillet.

Prendre les clés à 1 endroit différent Nous avons choisi 1 hôtel où la bagagerie est précisée hors nous avons du négocié pour laisser nos affaires, on nous a parlé d une note de service C était propre sauf le sol qui n était pas bien aspiré et la poubelle salle de bains non vidée Peut être 1 petit rideau à ajouter au puits de lumière de la chambre pour éviter d être réveillé trop tôt

Bon emplacement

Les photos ne sont pas représentatives. Il n'existe pas réellement un balcon mais c'est une fenetre avec rambarde. Les chambres sont petites avec possibilité d'entendre la conversation des voisins. Il faut chercher les clés dans un autre hôtel ou l'accueil est peu sympatique

Pas de couvert de vaisselle suffisant, pas de liquide de vaisselle, 1 malheureuse éponge usée. Pas de tapis de douche

La localisation et la terrasse

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas alors que dehors il faisait 34 degrés et qu’on était au dernier étage étouffant, le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas nom plus et trop de poussière partout

Καλή τοποθεσία αλλά....

Βρήκα εξαιρετική την τοποθεσία. Μπροστά από κεντρική οδό, δέκα βήματα από την στάση του λεωφορείου.

Δεν μου άρεσε το γεγονός ότι δεν μας υποδέχτηκε κανένας και όταν παίρναμε τηλέφωνο για να δούμε ποία είναι η είσοδος ακριβώς, δεν μπορούσαμε να συνεννοηθούμε αφού ο υπεύθυνος μιλούσε ελάχιστα αγγλικά και δεν καταλάβαινε ούτε το όνομα της κράτησης. Έπρεπε λοιπόν να περπατήσουμε ακόμα 10', μετά από το πεντάωρο ταξίδι μας, για να πάμε για check in και να μας εξηγήσουν εκείνοι που είναι ακριβώς το διαμέρισμα και ξανά πίσω. Το μπάνιο δεν είχε σαπούνι- σαμπουάν και το χαρτί υγείας πήγαινε να τελειώσει. Το μπάνιο έχανε νερό έτσι πήρα τις πετσέτες για να το μαζέψω, αφού δεν διέθετε κάποιο άλλο τρόπο το μέρος, με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχω άλλες. Ευτυχώς την επόμενη μέρα καταφέραμε να συνεννοηθούμε τηλεφωνικώς για να τις αντικαταστήσει. Το πάτωμα δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό. Επίσης η περιγραφή έλεγε για μπαλκόνι, το οποίο τελικά δεν υπήρχε. Κατά τα άλλα ήταν ζεστό και άνετο για δύο άτομα.

Concierge was really helpful

Instructions on printed envelope poor. There is a 2 and a 2B doorway - this could have been highlighted. The room is part of a block of about 12 across three floors. My room was on the 1st floor and called Paris. The envelope stated the floor, not the room name - sohad try to the door of all apartments to find mine ! 1am in the morning! They forgot any loo paper !! 1am in the moring ! The light activation card reader is different to any I have used before - took 3 minutes to work it out - would be good to have some instructions - using phone torch for light to work it out...

Not a smooth start. Disappointing

Good central location. Clean, fresh looking apartment (but very compact).

Check is complicated, as you have to go to another apartment first to collect the keys and for other admin. demands, such as paying local taxes (which were included in the payment made to booking.com!). I had booked an apartment with a balcony, but given one which didn't have one or even a window. This took a lot of time and effort to resolve with the receptionist. Disappointing start to my stay.

Inside although it was small it was well thought out and had everything I needed and a little balcony

It was a bit small -outside area and key pick up area was a bit rough. Initially I was supposed to leave a photocopy of my credit card or €200 which I didn’t want to do- eventually I didn’t have to. Great brasserie next door

The property was easy to find and check in. the amenities were well catered for and it was really central, so quite easy to travel around Toulouse. The staff were really lovely and provided top help throughout the stay!

Toulouse is a great city to visit and this apartment is in a great location.

Recently completed and decorated. Great location. Small/compact apartment with balcony onto the street. Quiet at night. Air conditioned. There is no lift which is ok if stairs are no problem. Would use again.

For this price a more spacious place could be found

The location is good, if you have a room at the back. The front side can be noisy.

Collecting the key needs to be done on another shabby location. And if you like to stay there with 2 people you should do it at the start of your relation when you are full in love! Otherwise .... the space is too small for the price, without any additional services. The towels gets exchanges but the dustbin remained on his place, full.
