Brilliant place to stay for a couple of nights in Norwich city centre

Location was perfect, very close to the city centre and in a quiet area. On street parking was sometimes difficult to find but we were always able to park in the end albeit a bit further away from the property. The place was clean, with modern fittings, and very comfortable beds.

The drain in the shower was clogged so it was a bit unpleasant to shower there.

Very comfortable modern apartment.

Very modern apartment. Conveniently located. Owner Nathan was very helpful. We always try and stay at this location when we are in Norwich.

Very nice place to stay: it was very clean and had great facilities. Recommended.

We had the top apartment, was comfortable, had all the facilities you need including washing machine. Great heating system (winter visit), great location: easy to get to town (easy walk) quiet and well thought out. car parking was OK, no dramas using the provided car park pass.

quite a mission to get bags upstairs, narrow stairs and few flights. Not the best view in the world but still good place to stay.

Oven/grill we're dirty, shower holder needs fixing, tv kept pixilating and the water was tepid when we ran a bath

Lovely place, but not very central. Great if you're visiting for the football.

Lovely place. Probably a 20-minute walk from the centre. Great Indian restaurant round the corner.

Make sure you don't arrive at the same time as the football crowd as very near the stadium!

would definitely recommend.

My second time staying at 16 Lower Clarence Road . It’s a great flat in a great location! Clean, modern, comfortable, well equipped . Short walk to train ,bus stop , supermarket and restaurants. The host Nathan is always readily available if needed. This is my go to whenever I go to Norwich.

Everything about the place and the host was so really very good.. The arrangement, the design, the goodies, the attention etc. Wont hesitate to recommend to anyone and will rebook whenever we visit.

Nothing much. Only the sound of the train nearby was a bit loud as expected but didnt disrupt our sleep at all.

Ideal accommodation for Norwich city break

Spacious, well decorated and comfortable apartment. Easy walking distance into city centre. Plenty of parking available on road and parking permit supplied with booking.

Lovely loft apartment in good location with parking

Lovely loft apartment with very good facilities. Goid location, abt 10mins walk from centre and parking included. All good.

Not sure you can do anything about this, but awkward to get through door at bottom of loft steps, especially when carrying luggage. My personal preference is for a firmer bed, but am sure plenty of people like it softer.

Disappointing

This property is advertised as an apartment. It is not. It is one of three flats in a converted and shabby terrace house. The photos looked to be cherry picked from all three flats and bear no resemblance to the flat I stayed in. The property is misrepresented. Don’t book it. I have made a complaint to booking.com but they are not interested and only gave me an email address that did not work to formalise my complaint. The owner was not interested.

Very comfortable

A nice spacious first floor flat with excellent facilities. Very handy for the train station and the city on foot.

Not a complaint, but nothing scenic about the location! However, you don’t have to walk far for all the nice bits of Norwich.

Home from home

Good location within walking distance to the city centre, bus station and shops. Close access to train station. Free parking was available. Clean, homely, open apartment with a very comfy bed. All kitchen utensils and facilities. Home from home. Will definitely be returning.

Not a dislike as not a major issue as was out every day but WiFi stopped working near the end of our stay.

Cosy stay

Very cosy apartment (we had the one on the rooftop). Beautiful evening view with all the city lights. 3 min walk to the train station so you’re nearly in the heart of Norwich. Felt very homely.

Exceptional

The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the railway station. The apartment is light and airy, particularly the living room with its full length windows. It has been very thoughtfully furnished and equipped and we had a very comfortable stay. i look forward to coming back!

The shower would be better with greater water pressure and a longer hose.

A great place to stay.

I loved how clean everything was and that I had everything I needed for my stay. Lovely and warm, hot water, comfy bed, Netflix.....fantastic.

The area is a little isolated, I wouldn't be comfortable walking back alone in the dark.
