Wonderful apartment in a lovely location

Spotless, bright & spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen with full size fridge freezer. Plenty of towels & hangers. Outdoor seating space deep enough to shelter you from sun & rain, and looks out onto a green space with fig & olive trees which you cut across to reach the car parking space (less than a minute's walk). Friendly hosts. Daily visits from 2 lovely little cats. Great location - near plenty of bars/restaurants but still very quiet, beaches within walking distance, including some very secluded little coves (past the dog beach). no light pollution in the garden, so great view of the night stars! We hope to return in the future!

Excellent apartment, super host!

The apartment was very clean and quiet. The host, Ana, is so adorable! I would recommend this apartment to any couple/family, as you have all the facilities you need on your vacation. Punat is a nice city, but it is also lcoated conveniently in the middle of Krk Island, so you can also explore the surroundings.

Beautiful, clean accommodation. Comprehensive equipment including dishes, washing machine, dishwasher... simply amazing accommodation in a quiet location close to the center. Parking approx. 50m from the accommodation. Very nice hostess. Thank you, I was extremely satisfied.

Great location, just close to everything but still kind of hidden. Apartment is clean, spacy and well equipped. And Punat is great location for summer holiday.

Great hosts

After hours of driving throughout Europe from different directions, three friends and a dog finally reached Punat only to find the warmest welcome with madam Ana and Ms Toni in spotlessly clean apartment and beautifully set garden. You will find apartment comfortable and equipped with all you may possibly need (our personal favourite were all different pans for cooking and coffee mugs). Beds are big and comfy and will ensure your good night sleep. Location of the house is perfectly set, close to the beach, market and center places (restaurants and bakeries). Garden is available to be enjoyed in and back yard which Dali (the dog) exploited to the fullest! Just next to the house there is a fig tree you must try. We will always be grateful for the warmest bonvoyage we experienced ,where Ms Ana sent us with the fresh made cookies!! To sum it up: Ms Ana and Mr Toni will always have our best recommendations due to the following: • Best service • Spotlessly clean place • Good location • Pet friendly • and last but most definitely not the least People with the biggest hart!

You can stay here for 2 weeks or even 2 months!

I love this place! There were everything what you need in house: washing machine, dish washer, iron, iron board... even baking paper. We planned to visit Krk island but at the end everything what we needed was in Punat. I didn't use my car for whole 4 days :). Parking place around 30 meters from home (entrance from Novi Put). Small park, beaches, great restaurants - everything in walkng distance.

I was there too short :)

Simply the best accommodation during our entire trip. The apartment is fully equipped with just about everything you might need and the owners will go out of their way to make you feel at home.

It was a good starting place to explore Krk.

- location: Very close to the sea, very close to the town centre, supermarket, shops, rentals, everything is very close. - very quiet even though very close to the town centre - equipment: fully equipped kitchenware. Dishwasher with tablets. Washing machine. - everything is very clean, tidy and nicely renovated, seems mostly new. - free parking space in the garden of the apartment. This makes it super easy to go anywhere on the island via car and visit its other towns or beaches. - very clean - friendly hosts - the owner responded very quickly to our questions after booking - old town feeling, very authentic mediterranean streets to walk around - Punat's centre is very lively, lots of shops, lots of bars, rentals, there was a small concert on the main square for free one day.

- would be handy to know in advance exactly what is and what isn't in the apartment. There were tablets for the dishwasher but no detergent for the washing machine. There was broom but no mop. The equipment still exceeded our expectations but it would be easier to plan and prepare if these were made clear on Booking.com - the hosts do not speak English, only German - the 2m radius of the apartment is beautiful with leanders, but the inner garden after that (to which the apartment and the terrace faces) does not look really nice, a few flowers or more regular lawn mowning would help a lot.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment, well equipped, highly recommend!

Anton and his wife are very friendly, nice hosts, the apartment is in the center, very nice, and comfortable. Our stay was perfect, and I would really like to go back once again. The nice beaches are driving distance, with parking area (you need to pay there for parking) In Punat you are either closer to the center or to the nice beaches. Both are worth seeing, and Anton apartment is a good start to explore both!

This is a beautiful house of a very warm-hearted family. We lived on the ground floor. We had a very cozy apartment, beautiful kitchen, spacious toilet with shower. The room has a lot of space, two windows. It wasn't stuffy. The kitchen is well equipped. There are all necessary things for cooking. I especially liked the color of the kitchen in combination with the wooden countertop and the color of the dishes. For the first time in many years of experience in renting apartments, there were enough knives and they were sharpened. There are even one-time use dishes and ice molds, food wrap! Usually we had breakfast on the cozy terrace overlooking the garden and it was magical. A sense of home away from home. I liked the choice of pillows - regular and orthopedic, a large number of towels per person, the proximity of garbage containers that did not have to go far. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, this is the old city center. By the way for breakfast, I recommend the Ilirija bakery, which is a 3-minute walk away, on the embankment. Excellent quiet private parking in 20 m from the entrance to the house. A lawn separates the Parking lot and the house. We traveled with a cat and we really liked to walk with him there every day. There is also another terrace with umbrellas and swings, where you can read a book in the shade and silence. The owners are a very pleasant, friendly and sociable family. Owner met us and leaded to the parking lot. They presented us to their own grape, own olive oil and honey! We were very pleased to communicate with them and meet them, very kind and interesting people. Thank you very much, Ana and Andrey, for your hospitality and attitude. To the nearest beach (panton) in a 10 m, pebble beach is in 20 m walking distance. We are 3rd time in Punat and consciously choose the old city center, because it's more convenient to go to dinner and here is also a fish market. We enjoyed a walk along promenade to the beach.
