Fantastic seaside experience

Perfect service (especially front desk) , very clean and beautiful rooms , excellent housekeeping management, facilities and delicious restaurant dishes. Overall a fantastic seaside experience.

The service was absolutely great, the only improvements need to happen with breakfast. It does not have the variety necessary for a 4 star hotel. Example: they did not have water with gas, only 1 type of juice, food not labeled. This can be improved.

it was clean , quiet we had a problem whit the door of the balcony and they fixed verry quick !

the young waitress whit no experience , they made mistakes all the time whit the food and drinks ! and verry expensive restaurant

Very clean, good location, high quality furniture, stylish hotel

The personnell was not wearing masks, nor the majority of the tourists. Moreover, the staff did not ask the tourists to wear the masks even they are mandatory. The toilet flushing system was not working properly. The trash bin in the bathroom was not functional. The main light in the bathroom was blinking for a few minutes before coming to normal. These are unacceptable issues for a 4 star facility which was extremely expensive. I am writing here about room 404.

Little bit of luxury in Mamaia - will come again - great staff and service considering current conditions of holidays in Europe now. Great breakfast on the terrace.
