We had the most amazing time - would definitely return.

The location was fabulous, the market was on our doorstep. The two balconies were ideal for people watching and eating al fresco. The apartment was immaculate with everything you could need for a short stay. The washing machine was a bonus. The sofa bed was comfortable and the air on was fantastic.

The view from the back balcony was a little unfortunate- car park. This was the one big enough to eat on.

Great stay in a modern apartment in Zadar Old Town

The apartment was in a great location, in the middle of old town where most of the Zadar sights are. It is located next to the market where you can find cafes for breakfast under the shades. The apartment was super clean, and everything worked well (the ac even too well). You need to remember to turn on the water heater for shower 1h beforehand, but now in the summer the unheated water was just fine. All in all a great, modern place to stay in Zadar!

The walls are thin, so you will hear your neighbors. Bringing earplugs with you will solve this issue.

A quiet and comfortable stay in a VERY convenient area

Great location next to thriving market and easy access to the old town. We liked the two balconies, one quiet for breakfast and one overlooking market. Close to all amenities (minute to closest restaurant, cafe supermarket and market) but not noisy. Clean, well maintained and equipped.

Misleading description/pictures

Location

Apartment is on the 2nd floor, you need to walk 6 stairs, not on the 1st floor like in the description. Behind the front door are 3 apartments. 2 with seperate seating area, one only a bedroom, bathroom and very tiny kitchenette. So be careful when you book for the kingsize bed, that you receive the small 21m2 apartment , without couch. I felt that the renter is aware of this and straight away communicates that it looks like the pictures. However the pictures you see after booking are different than when you make the booking. Also the fact that they communicate that it is on the first floor, shows they purposely change text to sell the apartment for higher prices. Complaint with booking does not help, only writing a review is the only option left to warn potential new guests. Luckily we only paid 70,- per night because we booked months in avance. However I would love to have paid more if I would have been informed better/fairer when booking.

Very nice, cosy, renovated apartment, very good location. Small, but good and well-equipped, kitchen. Even laundry mashine was possible to use. Comfortable bed. Two balconies, one with the old market view. Supermarket was very close.

It was an amazing stay. Great contact with the owner. Very close to the center. Good place to stay for the weekend or even to weeks. No matter if you stay alone or with family.

Practical, central, good value for the money

The host was super nice and helpful. The flat was clean and very central and had all the important stuff even for a longer stay. Can recommend!

When we arrived the flat smelled by some house perfume very strong. its a matter of taste, so I dont say its bad. Everything was clean, so this is only a personal preference not to use this kind of product… we opened the windows for a while and problem solved…

I highly recommend Apartment Silvia for a solo traveller or couple who wants to stay in the heart of Zadar old town. The apartment is very nicely furnished, is safe, and has easy access instructions. There is a nice balcony, air conditioning, and a cool view of a central square that has a market in the mornings. Thomas was a very responsive host, and I would definitely stay in Apartment Silvia if I return to Zadar.

Optimal location and nice stay

Everything was really good. The apartment is centre-located, what makes it easy to reach any point in the city in only a few minutes by walking. I want to highlight also the treatment and kindness of the owner, who explained us everything we had to do to check-in properly and worried about our stay in the city. I recommend it with no doubts.

Excellent for a short stay, superb location.

Central location, fully equipped, nice and clean apartment in the heart of Zadar, right next to the market. Everything was very close: the Roman Forum, the harbour, restaurants, bars, food shop etc. The apartment had a small kitchenette and A/C , bed was excellent. Only the window was not a "real" one but covered some ventilation holes on the wall of the building. For me for 2 nights it was not a problem. Although the apartment is in the city center, not too noisy. WiFi was excellent.

It is a self-check in place but the host did not send the entry information after paying at Booking; only when I arrived to Zadar, I had to ask and he explained it in text messages (it was easy to follow and had no problems to get into the apartment). It can be a problem if you do not have mobile internet or messaging is limited in a foreign country. The other, a bit inconvenient thing was that the host sent a message on the 2nd day that I should leave 2 euros as tourism tax on the table. It is fully OK but I was not prepared with Euro coins (Croatia still has kuna and not euro). Anyway, I discussed with him that 15 kuna will be OK. This is about communication again: guests should be warned before arrival that they should have EUR with them.

Perfect location, very clean, and very helpful owner.

Location is amazing - right in the old town, beside the market, and within 5 or 6 minutes walking of everything (the old town is quite small!!), ferry was 5 minutes walk also. Thomas was extremely helpful with info and very quick to reply to messages and questions, so that was great.

I like the place. the hotel location is great. the staff (Thomas) was also very nice and helpful. the apartment was big enough for two of us and it is also amazing!! it’s absolutely worth the money!!

I don't give a 10, just 9. because there is one very small drawback, which was the absence of basic equipment for cooking, like salt, pepper and oil. it’s usually provided in all the apartments we have stayed in. but yeah, pans and pots are provided.

Great apartment

The location is excellent. Very good communication with the host. Very clean well equipped apartment. Air conditioning works well. Great little balcony with a interesting view of the market.

The walls are very thin. Can hear the neighbors, but this is no fault of the host.

The hősts are very friendly, flexibile, kind, provides information about everyrhing for the guests. Apartmant location is perfect, in the heart of Zadar, all spectacular places are reachable wthin minutes. Free parking places within minutes. The apartmant is modern, perfectly clean and confortable.
