Gedateerd apartement, maar met een goed locatie

De locatie waar het apartement was gelegen. Binnen 5 minuten bij de boulevard en strand. Achterzijde apartement bevond zich een eigen afsluitbare tuin 5x5 m en daaraan grenzend een mooi groot zwembad.

Het apartement is sterk gedateerd en dient te worden gerenoveerd. Ondanks dat het een groot apartementen complex is, was het niet lawaaierig. (= positief)

Helemaal top

Bij aankomst via de telefoon naar binnen gepraat, sleutel kluisje buiten aan het hek. Alles aanwezig en super schoon, genoten in het tuintje aan het zwembad. Keuken goed uitgerust met alles wat je maar nodig hebt.

Kan in de toekomst wat liefde gebruiken, bv een andere bank

We loved our stay despite the minor issues.

Location was brilliant, less than 10 minutes walk from the beach at Arenal. Pool and garden facilities at the accommodation were lovely. Liked the privacy of the garden

Property smelt strongly of damp on arrival which did reduce as week went on but would recommend a good airing. Much stronger smell under sink where dishwasher is so could be a leak? Property is good value for money and has good facilities but could benefit from updating/tlc some plug sockets loose, mirror off wall etc. no tv as no aerial. However we had a great time. Sheets were too small for bed so constantly woke up lying on mattress topper.

Great apartment close to all amenities and the beach at the Arenal.

Perfect, quiet location. ideal size for a couple. Modern decor, comfortable bed and great private garden to the rear of the property.

Would have preferred a walk-in shower rather than a bath.

After visiting cities on our Spanish road trip this was a welcome change,

The property has its own private garden which opens onto a lovely pool area.

Nothing good location easy walk to the beach great promenade with plenty of good restaurants and bars

Great budget rental

Clean and a great location. Check-in was simple. Owner is super nice.

Everything was fine. We're a bit picky about lighting, especially at night, and we moved the lamps around a bit for softer light, but it wasn't a problem.

Very enjoyable and relaxing in a beautiful town.

It’s close proximity to the beach, restaurants and a lovely pool. The garden was lovely and the interior was modern and fresh. There were lots of appliances and crockery etc in the kitchen and all parts of the property.

Collecting and leaving of keys was a bit stressful- the instructions in writing would have been easier. The fridge appeared to leak a little and the hot water had a slight orange tinge.

no key for the back door so couldn't get to outside area or pool. sorted out after though. outside door key a pain to use.
