Lamentable

El piso es bonito, pero lamentablemente la higiene deja mucho que desear

Muy sucio, el váter sucio bajo la tapa, la mesa del salón con pegotes, suelo sucio, el edificio está muy abandonado, la escalera sucia incluso con papel higiénico y toallitas húmedas tiradas por el medio manchadas a saber de qué...bajo la escalera nada más entrar un somier tirado, ropa de vagabundo entre otras cosas, además salimos a cenar y al volver nos recibieron por lo menos 30 cucarachas que salían de debajo de la escalera. Hay que subir dos plantas sin ascensor y en la primera planta las puertas están con abolladuras de patadas, además de las paredes llenas de manchas negras. Lamentable.

l’accueil par une personne fière de son appartement ,propreté absolue ,spacieux ,tout y est ( cuisine etc…) parking gratuit et sécurisé

un simple coup de balai pour améliorer le joli petit jardin :dommage!

Un bon pied à terre pour visiter Zamora

Appartement agréable et propre, facilité de stationnement.proximité et facilité de rejoindre le quartier historique qui est exceptionnel. Accueil téléphonique agréable de la part du propriétaire, disponible et de bon conseil.

L'aspect extérieur de l'immeuble, de l'entrée et des escaliers.Donne une mauvaise impression à notre arrivée.

Casa Marta

Excellent apartment. Clean and well looked after. Excellent kitchen with things that might be needed. This is our third stay and we will bee back. The location was just right for us as it was in the area we wanted to be in

Slightly complicated entry system which was not working when we arrived. We were told in advance about this and it was fixed promptly. The appearance of the outside of the block and the entrance hall and steps are a slight disappointment but the lovely apartment makes up for it.

Casa Marta Stay

Excellent apartment in an area that we wanted to be in. Everything that we might have needed was provided. We really enjoyed our stay and have already booked a return visit.

The approach to the flat up the stairs needed sprucing up and could have been a little off putting for an instant judgement. But the approach was offset by the lovely flat.

I don’t recommend this place for anyone

The apartment was such on pictures, with good internet connection 100 mb/s and clean.

The registration process was too complicated (stupid). It will take 1 hour and require from your IT skills and mobile phone with mobile internet. We booked this property with secured parking but the lock from parking didn’t work and I was forced to leave my car near the apartment. At the nighttime they tried to steal our bicycles secured to our car. The host didn’t help with garage lock. The towels were with holes. The apartment location is horrible- near the alcohol bar with urinary smell.

the access to the apartment building needs fixing, it seemed sad and run-down.

Clean, pleasant apartment with plenty of space and balcony, coffee and cooking facilities if needed

Full apartment, we sent text and owner arrived within 10 -15 minutes, garage was available for our bike, very helpful, clean and cool with balcony.

Bit of a walk to town centre, but OK

Cosy apartment quite near the old town of Zamora. Our host was waiting us in the house (my train was late, sorry) and we got the keys. It was living like in the safety box, so safe! We got two bedrooms, big living room with tv, well iquipment kitchen and the sunny balcony. Wash machines for clothes (nice after long camino) and dishes. Silent location, heating with radiators. Helpful host. Big recommend!

Big balcony would be nice to use if it's clean and with furnitures.

Superb

Nice apartment, very clean, huge space and confortable. The wifi was perfect and have also a nice TV with free Netflix. There is a balcony with enough space to have a good breakfast there. The kitchen was big and clean having all you may need, including a good free coffee. The garage space was more than enough for a big car. The area was very quite so no noises during the night. The owner was extremely kind and helpfull providing inmediate response and very good indications. It was nice that upon our arrival a cold day the apartment was already warmed. Very good price/quality ratio. For sure we will come back in the future.

May be that takes 20 min. walking to the cathedral in downtown, but this is a nice walk.

Spacious and modern apartment, unfortunately not so clean

Modern spacious apartment at a very short ride from the nice city center. The owner is very friendly and came over to explain how the keys worked when we were not able to open the door, and explained everything (tv, airco).

Unfortunately, the apartment is located next to a bar in a busy and not so safe neighbourhood. I would definitely not go walking alone at night or walk to the city center. Also, the apartment was not very clean, which is a real turnoff during Corona times. We found hairs in the bathroom and in the beds. Thank god we brought our own sheets.
