Great host!

Alessandro is a wonderful host! Really great experience, he goes above and beyond to help you in any way. The room was clean, tidy and has air conditioner. Alessandro even left free drinks and snacks in the room, which was a nice gesture.

Nice place in Verona

The room was quite nice and clean. It’s well located only a few minutes from the old town and a nice underground parking. Our host was also very friendly and helpful

Great place for our honeymooon

Location close to the lake front and the old town.

The patio are at the back was lovely but not possible to use due to insects and having the exit for the extractor fans from the restaurant below. Not a big issue as the balcony off the bedroom was perfect.

A good host makes the difference.

It was a good surprise, everything was very good, the room was clean, the location was close, not in the middle of the city, but close. Rooms are big and spacious, bathroom was clean and big. The host was amazing and friendly, that made the difference.

The neighborhood where the hotel is located is a student one, so maybe the weekends are a little noisier. But that wasn't a big problem.

nice place but loud club next door ruins experience

geographically well positioned, with car park a 10min walk away which was fine! The room is very much as pictured, very clean with some nice touches! good shower!

The owner was fairly rude over text prior to stay, whilst trying to arrange meeting he complained about being on his own, suggested I ‘book somewhere else’ and then informed me how ‘lucky’ I was to be checked in when we were (he was very nice/helpful in person)… The room is not soundproof, you can hear the communal area very clearly! There is a bar/club next door, and at 2200hrs the DJ began their set! It was SO LOUD you could feel the bass in the bed :/ we lay awake until it finished at 0230hrs! I think the very basic standard of a room is a good night sleep, and I awoke feeling exhausted :/ maybe the rest of the rooms were ok, but I would suggest avoiding room 2 on a Friday night!! As nice as the room is, this was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t stay again or recommend, sorry!

Clean, comfortable and high quality service

Great location - a little out of the centre over the bridge but still easy to reach everything within 5 mins and I would say pretty safe, I was worried it might be a little out of the way for women travelling alone but I was v comfortable the whole time. Alessandro was so helpful and told us all about the area, check in was available earlier than we had thought and we were able to leave bags at the hotel which was so convenient, as well as checking ourselves out and leaving the keys behind. Cosy and clean rooms, professional service, very nice to have tea and coffee included

Pretty much everything was amazing - the only thing was a little bit of noise from a club down the road and candles left lit unattended was maybe a bit dangerous!! but very pretty

Definitely a lot of Charm at La Maison De Charme

Amazing stay. photographs don’t do it justice! wonderful, clean room - & wonderful help from staff! Alex was great, took time to talk us through where to go/areas to avoid etc. couldn’t recommend the stay any more!

A comfortable room to rest after busy days of sight seeing.

There were many special touches that made our stay very comfortable. Furnishings were lovely and the supply of beverages and snacks VERY appreciated! The info provided by Alessandro was top notch.
