Horrible Experience/ don't stay in this place/

Nothing very bad experience

Firstly, the booking was made under 'Pay At Property' payment type. Whilst we were travelling to Belgrade on 24.05.2024, the hotel took the liberty to put us in the unfinished wing of their hotel for the first night of the stay, despite the fact that we've paid for it whilst still travelling. Despite having paid for it in advance, they still offered our room to another guest. The alternative accommodation they've put us in for the night was full of dust from furniture installations and live wire was hanging out of the walls - you can only imagine our stress about the risk of electrocution, because we've travelled with a 2-year old. We've later found out that they did that manoeuvre, so that they could give our room to someone else for about 500 EUR for 1 night's stay - as accommodation prices were high, due to Rammstein concert in town. Secondly, the hotel's amenities are nothing like what the pictures show. Outdoors facilities disfunctional, tripping hazards everywhere. Looked more like a warzone than hotel amenities. I've attached pictures for your reference. Last, but not least, the cleaning staff have stolen 6 wrist watches and 1 perfume from our bags. We've reported this to the hotel, but they didn't want to admit it. There was also no hot water to shower and no AC, when asked to Reception about it they said these was swifted off by the manager, so rooms were very hot a 26 degrees. All in all, this was an utterly horrible hotel experience, where we were not only misled to stay in disfunctional hotel where we were taken advantage of - but were also stolen from! We've never experienced anything like it. With all that said, we would expect nothing short of a full refund from our stay at that hotel. We would also like to know how we can get our watches and perfume back - or get the compensation for it. And please pay more attention who you do business with, as that hotel is not to be trusted!

Friendly staff, close proximity to the airport, spacy rooms, comfortable bed. In general, I would recommend and I will come again for sure

We just passsing through Belgrad to another destination, it was perfect for acces to highway.

Spacious room and bathroom, good breakfast, a lot of large pools and nice jacuzzi!

Stairs to the pool must have a bar, not towels and advertisements!

Superb

Great hotel which is close to the airport with aquapark which is free for all guests. What was a suprise that aquapark works until 3am which is quite convenient for late arrival as ours.

No kettle in the rooms but it looks like a standard in Serbia

Super Location near to the motorway. There´s a great restaurant just around the corner. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated. Coffee at breakfast tasted good. We complained about the cleanliness of one of our rooms, the lady on the reception was very professional and gave us a new room straight away, unfortunately it wasnt much cleaner but she did her job as best as she could - many thanks,

The breakfast looked cheap and unfresh, It all looked so unappetising, fortunately I was able to drink the coffee from my own cup which I had with me and the coffee tasted good. The room and bedroom were not clean.

The size of the room.

the bathroom was not clean, mold was on the wall of the tiles. AC was not cooling enough, it was hot very difficult to sleep.
