Amazing hospitality

The host is fantastic and very accommodating. On arrival he helped me and my toddler settle in by helping to "babyproof" the unit, giving us a neighbourhood tour, sharing a late lunch with us, and looking for toys (for my son) and a phone charger (for me). Was very responsive to everything I asked for. It's very easy to get around (metro accessible) and there are great children's parks and good coffee nearby. The street is lined with orange trees making evening spent on the balcony really special.

Pleasent stay, I felt like home

Comfortable and welcoming place to stay. From the moment you walk in the door, you'll feel right at home. The kitchen is another highlight of this home. It's fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The owner is friendly and accessible. Location is in a family friendly calm neighborhood. Quiet and nice. Overall, this home offers a wonderful blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, you'll appreciate having a "home away from home" that's fully equipped and ready for your stay. Highly recommended!

Friendliness and helpfulness of host alone deserves a stay

Communication with host was above and beyond. We made the reservation upon arrival when host was out of town, but he arranged for our stay through his acquaintances. The entire time, he was in constant communication with us offering us advice on how to get to the property, what to see, how to get around, etc... The property was very spacious and roomy for our family of 5.

I wish the location was more ideal. City center could only be reached by metro/taxi and the station was what felt like 10 minutes away on foot, and if you follow the GPS (vs what the host tells you), you'd be going uphill making for a treacherous climb. We didn't feel necessarily feel unsafe going to the house from the station at night, but it was on a eerily quiet suburban street.

Here is everything what you need

You have everything that you can imagine that you will maybe need. In real, this apartment is for strong 9 but Kosta and Maria are ready to help you much more than you can expect and that deserves the best possible rating.

I suggest splitting the backyard between two apartments. The backyard is huge and there is a problem with privacy. But that also was not a big problem, there is space for sitting on the the front side of the apartment.

Exceptional

Amazing service from the owner, apartment was fully equipped - plenty of dishes and tools in the kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, A BALCONY AND A TERRACE! And so much more. The owner made sure we were happy and satisfied and helped us very much.

Kostas is a delight

The location is about 5 train stops from central Athens- excellent. The Proprietor was extremely friendly and welcoming. He tried several times to give us directions, then met us on the street to show us the way. He gave us extensive tutorial on the use of items in the house and general rules and cautions of the area. He was always available to answer questions and even rang the tourist authority to get us permission to use the air conditioner.

For the price, it was an excellent stay however there are a large number of furnishings that could possibly be removed to provide more room on bench spaces and bedrooms.

Comfortable apartment with exceptional host

Staying at this property is my best booking experience. A great location in a quiet neighborhood, near the metro station, an exceptional hospitable host who immediately upon arrival showed me everything I need to get around in the neighborhood and in the city in general... Also, the apartment is very charming, very clean and very well equipped. This is great value for the price and has all my recommendations.

An absolutely charming apartment. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Constantinos is welcoming and helpful. The period details and colorful modern decor choices, quiet patio and tranquil neighborhood make this an oasis of serenity in Athens.

A few items like milk pods, coffee (apart from Greek coffee) and maybe some biscuits or rusks (for breakfast) would have been very appreciated, especially as some, like us, may arrive late.

It is like your grandmother apartment and I mean it in the best way!!

Unlike many apartments in Athens, this one was not modernly designed and it does not feel superficial. Instead, it is equipped with many utilities. The kitchen, for example, has any cooking aid you might imagine. You can easily make a cake or a meal for a large group. If you are looking for a a place that will feel like home, this is the one. The owner is kind and attentive which enhanced the experience.

Amazing. This place is a hidden gem. Definitely take the chance to reserve!!!

My stay was amazing. Host(s) are super friendly. I had some issues getting here because my SeaJet was late upon arrival on Santorini and later on also extra delayed upon arriving in Athens. Nikolas waited for me to open the apartment and show me around. The apartment is clean and traditional. It had all the amenities you could want (and more).

It seems my upstair neighbours did not believe in the siesta (lol). Kids will be kids though, hardly terrible as it was during the day.
