Oasi di pace nel cuore di Palermo

Appartamento su 2 livelli, composto da ampia camera da letto, cucina, bagno,ripostiglio, salottino con divano e spazio esterna dove potersi rilassare. È pulitissimo e completo di ogni comfort (lavatrice, tv in camera, asciugacapelli e molto altro) ed è arredato con "veri" mobili. Si gode di tanta privacy poiché è completamente isolato da ogni rumore esterno... è come stare in una piccola oasi di pace nel cuore di Palermo. Appena fuori dal portone del palazzo, a pochi metri in ogni direzione si ha tutto a portata di mano... qualsiasi tipo di attività commerciale oltre ad alcuni dei più noti posti di Palermo dove poter mangiare o gustare un ottimo gelato, come: Bar Alba, panificio Graziano, gelateria Matranga. Ci ha accolto Monia con la sua solarità e gentilezza, dandoci molte informazioni sulla città e su cosa poter fare in quei giorni. L' appartamento è a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla fermata del bus per l'aeroporto, per cui si sta comodi anche per partenze in tutti gli orari della giornata senza dover prendere un taxi o dover cambiare mezzi pubblici! Peccato soltanto che soggiornando per tre notti non abbiamo potuto vivere a pieno questo stupendo appartamento!

Peaceful and beautiful place in Palermo

Amazing place to stay in Palermo! It is very close to the city centre but in a very quiet place. Kitchen is well equipped, host is very very nice, you can park your car safely and nearby there are shops, restaurants, everything you need.

Great stay, loved everything about the place and the sweet italian vibe it has.

Amazing host and really helpful with us, they were just awesome. The yard is just beautiful and perfect for a coffee and reading a book. Although the location is near the street, you won't hear the noise.

Free parking space and beautifully decorated rooms. Very nice host. Close to supermarket and restaurant. Easy access to busses.

Nice appartment with private parking just out of old centre

The location is good, not too far from highway, 30 minutes from airport, and within 30 minutes by bus (101, which took partly another route than on google maps) and walking to Quattro Canti. We even walked back in the evening, it's easy and safe. Private parking is super! The house is beautiful and stylish, quiet but with a little traffic sound in the background when you are outsite or with open windows. Shops and bars and restaurant around the corner. A nice garden to relax. Very friendly host, who lives in the building with the family.

We find the traffic in Palermo crazy. It was not very clear for us where the entrance of the house is, but luckily we chose the right way. It's a little private street between nrs 1 and 3, with a barrier/gate wherafter you arrive on a private parking lot. The entrance to the appartment is on the right after a gate. The shower is warm and nice, but should be renewed, also to make it more sustainable.
