We definitely recommend the finca and may come again:)

The finca is located about 30min away from the airport. It is very easy to get there and Antonia, the owner of the finca is very friendly and speaks fluent English. We were totally surprised and delighted when we arrived. The finca is large, clean and has everything you need: a large communal kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 coffee machines, a beautiful pool and a wonderful view of nature. Each room has a separate terrace. The parking is free of charge.. The finca looks amazing and we could not be happier:)

Everything was good and our expectation almost...exceeded..But unfortunately there was something that also disappointed us very much: The electricity turns off every night by itself. The power source of the finca is controlled by a solar system and supposedly Antonia had massive problems with it when we were there:( Every night we were briefly awake when the AC was off. Electricity turns back on by itself around 6am...It was the only problem but unfortunately that wasn't great because it was mega warm....

Lovely and quiet stay in the heart of Ibiza

The finca is in a quiet area, immersed in nature. It’s a great spot to enjoy your day And experience the communal area, the pool area and the kitchen. Breakfast by the pool, a barbecue in the night. Rooms are spacious.

Beautiful house/Spanish decor and flowers

-Thought we had the whole property to ourselves, and then found out that there was actually 6 other guests there There isn't only 6 beds in the property, there's 8 or 9 -Shared kitchen, food was thrown out early before we left/checked out and was left dirty a lot -Fans are not strong -Hard to get taxis to the area -Wifi not strong, phone would constantly not have service (even the taxi driver's card machines oftentimes wouldn't work in the area)

Nice, calm, quite and friendly place to stay and rest. Not for parties.

Breakfast, room and bathroom was perfect, also swimming pool was available and helpful staff found me an iron to get ready for wedding and also helped with calling to taxi.

Location is quite far from cities with quite poor possibility to get there - only by taxi or car.

Relaxed escape on a crazy island.

A peaceful escape from the chaos but still close enough to everything. Host is helpful and relaxed. The place is clean and tidy with lovely pool area.

Only issue we had was a few power cuts. Not ideal as the water stops working. A minor issue tho.

Relaxing and Calm. Peaceful and quiet.

this accommodation wouldn’t be for everyone because of its location and facilities - but for my wife and I it was exactly what we were looking for. Away from the hustle. Calm. Quiet. Relaxing.

Probably the only think I can think of is the ability to get taxis efficiently. We needed up hiring a car - which solved the problem.

A quiet place in the middle of the countryside, to have a good night sleep away from the crowds.

Best sleep I ever got in Ibiza - so quiet! This place is pretty basic, but has all comforts and its so beautiful in its simplicity. It reminded me of the B&B where I would stay while doing the Camino de Santiago.

The Taxi Click app and taxi number cannot find Can Pepis in their database. This is a pity, but the owner of the finca helped us call a taxi so we didn't have any issues in the end

Stunning secret in Ibiza. Glorious

Antonia is very calm and welcoming and flexible. The location is utterly stunning, fresh, calm and beautiful. Fruit trees and vines are dotted everywhere. A huge amount of thought has gone into the property, the rooms, pool, gardens, even the path from the car park. Feels like a home from home. The rooms and the house are simple, elegant, fresh and clean. After checkout one can use the pool and a lovely bathroom is provided to freshen up before departure. Definitely coming back

Hot water pressure in the shower was pretty poor, but then we are in the middle of the countryside so unlikely to be getting a huge amount of pressure. A couple of items went missing from the communal kitchen - odd things - a bottle of organic olive oil, Himalayan rock salt, fancy pepper. Odd but not going to detract from such a stunning place.

Peaceful & unexpected

The size of the room (very very large) The simplicity and authenticity of the property The silence around and the discretion of everyone The location (in the middle of nowhere but close to everything!) The pool (beautifully designed)

A little effort on the breakfast offering would have been appreciated.

Pleasant country stay

Beautiful, tranquil location, perfect temperature pool and amazing views. We loved using the outside kitchen/BBQ and thought Antonina had put in place a good system for all guests to store their food. Free breakfast was a nice wholesome.

Room was extremely hot (mind you we were there the hottest night of the year!) and occasionally the communal areas could have done with a wipe down. We used beach towels but weren’t offered clean ones at all during our stay and often it was hard to find someone to ask for such a thing. A few improvements would make this a superb place to stay. I would visit again regardless :)

Hidden gem, best to be kept secret. But we realise that sharing is caring ;-)

We we're touched by the beauty of the location, the serenity and the obvious attention the owner was giving to the location every day. The lovely plants, the free breakfast with amazing coffee and the immaculate views from all around the finca. Starry nights were amazing and most of the time we had the pool absolutely to ourselves... we'll be back next year!

Just some small things: the bath could use a curtain, the bed was really hard and the top layer felt like an oven, also the kitchen looks a bit outdated but eventually contributed to it's charm. Love the place, really.

Heaven in a calm location with a fantastic swimming pool.

Everything was amazing! Lovely host. Antonia let us stayed and the room until 6pm the next day. Thanks you for everything.

Good

Host is very friendly and in this covid-19 time extra focus on hygiene in the kitchen. Only 6 rooms for which the place is not overcrowded. You can easily hang out a day at the pool

Airco in the room would have been a plus. A curtain in the bathroom would give more privacy
