Pas de petites cuillers , appartement pour accueillir jusqu’à 8 personnes mais … pas comment cuisiner et servir à table !!! Seulement 4 chaises .. vétusté du mobilier et de l’appartement à la limite pas aux normes électriques … À fuir !!!

únicamente la ubicación.
Podria de decirse que nada, el edificio super antiguo, sin realizar ninguna reforma. luego entras en el apartamento, peor todavía, la cocina, los muebles se caen a trozos, no se pueden abrir los cajones de la minimesa que tiene allí puesta, todo lleno de mierda, antes de utilizar nada hay que limpiarlo. los baños en uno ni entramos y en el otro tirabas de la cisterna y el papel se quedaba allí, al final decidimos poner una bolsa en el baño y tirar allí los desechos de baño, no tenía papelera en el baño, lo mismo, si quieres usarlo, tienes que limpiar. seguimos, en el salón, las sillas tenían unos chorretones y una cantidad de polvo y mierda que no te podías sentar ni con ropa de estar en el apartamento. Como eramos 3 personas me tocó limpiar 3 sillas. De las habitaciones ya no hablamos, los colchones parecían recuperados del rastro de las almhoadas, no se que decir, de las antiguas que se rellenaban con trozos de espuma, las sábanas de una cama blancas y limpias, de la otra cama limpias pero viejas y amarillas. Las toallas, una estaba toda descolorida como de lejía. La terraza, muy bonita en la foto, pero lo mismo, si quieres usar las sillas y las mesas hay que limpiar, la barandilla se movía toda, no podías arrimarte a la barandilla.
Si a todo eso le sumas que sólo te facilitan un juego de llaves.
Resumiendo, muy sucio, viejo y caro.
300 euros por noche me parece una gran estafa.
Yo no alquilaría eso jamás. creo que no está ni para vivir, por lo tanto para alquiler muchísimo menos.

Der Aufenthalt und die Wohnung waren katastrophal! 521€ für zwei Nächte und angeblich 3 Sterne . Katastrophe! Und das bei booking.com.
Gas Flasche in der Küche, Türen im Bad hängen aus( kann man auf dem Foto leider nicht erkennen).
Wir haben die Reise abgebrochen und sind nach Hause geflogen!
Dafür gibt es nicht mal einen Stern!

Estuve en el 3A por 9 días en junio de 2024 y lo recomiendo 100%. Es cierto que el departamento es antiguo como van a leer en algunos comentarios, pero la realidad es que no fuimos buscando un hotel 5 estrellas sino un lugar acogedor y cerca de la playa. El departamento cumple con todo lo que necesitas para una estadía cómoda. Faltan algunas cas cosas? si, pero nada que no se pueda solucionar y desde ya Máximo y Ariane estuvieron todo el tiempo para todo lo que necesitabamos. Lo que si voy a recomendar si van es que lleven cosas para los mosquitos, el apartamento se llena de ellos por la noche al no haber mosquitero. Asi que citronella y unos enchufes para ahuyentarlos podrían ayudarte. Y lo otro que seíra bueno que pongan es alguna pava electrica para calentar agua o una pava para calentar agua en el fuego. Hay ollas y un cucharon de sopa, asi lo calentabamos nosotros. Hay wifi con muy buena conexión. Nuevamente y cerrando estos comentarios, recomiendo este departamento sin duda por su cercanía a la playa (50 mts) la vista muy buena, cerca del centro. a 10 minutos caminando. (800 mts) del casco antiguo. A la vuelta hay 1 mercado muy completo para comprar cosas.
No me gustó que haya tantos mosquitos!!!...... es lo único, tal vez solucionable con mosquiteros en las persianas ya que a la noche las abria para que haya un poco de aire.

Lo que no nos gustó, que todo era viejo , los baños si se les puede llamar baños, horribles, la cocina de vergüenza, el resto normal tirando a malo

The contact point was nice. The view was pretty.
It was very tired. There was mold in the wall in the main living room. The washing machine did not work. There was no soap in the bathroom. No heat in the apartment. The beds needed to be made by me. Towels smelled bad. It seemed like the apartment building seemed deserted. There was nothing close to the apartment.

Alles.. Dreckig.. Ausstattung unterirdisch.. Schimmel.. widerlich.. Für diesen Preis eine Frechheit.. selbst für 20€ würden wir es nicht wieder buchen..

Some work needs to done to smooth out the rough edges but if that happened they could have changed four times as much and been above my budget. It was a pleasure to stay in such luxury.

Walkable to the beach and some cafes and restaurants.
Old furniture and beds. Not very welcoming upon entering the rooms and building. The laundry machine flooded as we tried to wash clothes. Staff was helpful in letting us use a different washer.

The beach is beautiful :-).
This place stinks, literally and figuratively speaking. When you enter, there's a horrible smell. Everything in this apartment is falling apart. Shower was giving cold water, bath didn't work, heating is broken in every single room, I couldn't do the dishes because there was no stop in the sink. There were bread crumbs on the table, dishes from the previous guest still in the sink, beds weren't made, sheets dirty. Paint is peeling from the walls. I contacted the owners to get a (partial) refund, no answer. They fixed the cold water in the evening, it was cold again in the morning. I booked an apartment with seaview, only saw the garden. This apartment is a shame/rip-off.

Big balcony.
Check in was very late at 16:30, we called at 16:00 to say we were there but it still took til 17:00 for us to be allowed in the apartment. The building itself is a dump and stinks of damp. The apartment was extremely dated. No Aircon meant for an uncomfortable night sleep.
