Paper thin walls, poor communication, broken toilet, carefree attitude, zero signage

Location

Broken toilet seat and no attempts by staff to fix it. Just a shrug and "yeah we know, there's nothing we can do". Messed up our booking and put someone else in our room. No sign for hotel so we walked around for 30mins trying to find it.

Good location, very pleasant staff

Property is in a good location and the receptionist(young lady) was super friendly and helpful 5⭐️ to the receptionist.

It is right next to a restaurant so if you wanted to sleep earlier like 10pm it’s not possible as you can hear every conversation from the downstairs restaurant. It would be good if there was a fan in each room (we had only one for 2 rooms).

Paskudne miejsce.

Dramat.

Stary budynek, brzydki zapach, niesamowicie głośne otoczenie. Brak snu całą noc. Śmierdzące łóżka, łazienka z lat 70dziesiatych. Dramat, zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlają rzeczywistości!!! Coś okropnego, to jest hostel dla dzieciaków, dla których jakość pobytu nie ma znaczenia. Nie wybierać, wyjechaliśmy o 4 nad ranem tylko dlatego, ze nie dało się tam dłużej być.

Doppelzimmer im Hostel direkt am Haff, Gemeinschaftsküche und -Sanitäranlagen.

Super Lage, einfache ordentliche Unterkunft, typisches Hostel, für Radler/Durchreisende zu empfehlen.

Loved the location, the rooms are super tidy and nice! The staff is absolutely fantastic too 👍👍

There were a dog in someone’s room that was making quite a bit of noise during one of the nights. As the walls are very thin, it was hearable through the earbuds.

Everything was perfect!

Location is perfect, staff is amazingly friendly. Our room had two balconies with the view to the lagoon, beds were really comfortable, everything was clean, we even had kettle with coffee and tea! Love all the vibe in hostel. Definitely will come back many times more! Thank you El Nido!

Convenient short stay

Hostel is placed in a wonderful location - right in a center of Nida. Room cozy, has an astonishing view from the balcony. Attentive and friendly staff. Very convenient for a short stay if you are not planning on spending a lot of time inside.

Room relatively small. Almost no noise cancelation from the outside and the other rooms. Bathroom is shamefully small. No shower, only shower hose with a cap to shower yourself over a sink and a toilet. Room has no heating installed, however heaters and extra blankets may be provided by the request from the staff.

The girl at the reception is very friendly, attentive and polite. The view from the window is amazing. You can hear the sound of the waves.

It was a really great experience, happy that i had a chance to stay at this place

The whole place is newly refurbished, also the location is in the center of Nida, very convenient to reach the restaurants and the see. The place is exceptional, highly recommend.

Never ever

Really nice staff. Received a partial refund for cancelled days.

Extremely noisy. The room did not match the description as had no patio, no inner yard view, was bordering a shop with constant flow of people during the day, orientation to the bar street with music, drunk and singing noises until morning… thus, had noise 24/7, and eventually after almost no sleep for a few days had to cancel half of my stay. To be fair they do offer ear plugs, and partially compensated the fee for cancelled days.
