Traumhafte Wohnung und eine Herzliche Begrüßung der Vermieterin. Danke es war schön!

Die Lage war perfekt, in wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum, das Auto stand sicher im geschlossenen Innenhof und die Vermieterin war super nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen und die Wohnung gezeigt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr sauber und mit allem was man braucht.

Diese Wohnung hatte leider keinen Balkon, aber wir waren eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs.

Für den Besuch der Arena ein ganz besonderer Standord; alles war fußläufig erreichbar.

Marzia war eine super Vermieterin. Sie hat uns geholfen, wo immer sie konnte.

Die Unterkunft war klasse. Mit dem Befahren der Garage hatte ich ein bisschen Probleme, aber auch das konnte gemeinsam gelöst werden.

modernes, zentrales Appartement

Marzia ist sehr sympathisch, antwortet innerhalb kürzester Zeit und war sehr hilfreich. Unser Appartement hatte eine eigene Terrasse und war sehr schön (und modern) eingerichtet. Wenn wir mehr als 2 Nächte in Verona verbracht hätten, hätte ich lieber eine Wohnung mit Bett gebucht, aber die Schlafcouch war auch in Ordnung. (Man kann bereits bei der Buchung entscheiden, ob Bett o. Couch) Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen :)

Tre notti nello "studio" per due persone

Posizione vicina al centro.

Garage piccolo e pieno di cianfrusaglie. Porta della stanza esterna difettosa. Porta della stanza interna senza chiave (ci è stato detto che la chiave era spezzata e che non era attualmente disponibile). Letto (divano-letto) scomodo. Acqua calda che non esce bene. Doccia con due spruzzini, ma senza differenziale per i due getti. Stoviglie sporche. La nostra stanza era separata dal resto delle camere da una comune porta da interni chiusa a chiave, quindi si sentiva tutto dalla stanza accanto. Pagamento obbligatoriamente in contanti.

De locatie was perfect, 10 min lopen naar het centrum. Het appartement was enig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De kamer temperatuur was zeer aangenaam en het bed was heel comfortabel. Ontvangst was allerhartelijkst.

Praktische Bleibe für Aufenthalt in der Stadt

Nette Unterkunft, gut fußläufig zur Innenstadt, alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar, gibt wertvolle Tips bezüglich Essen gehen und Attraktionen. Gut geeignet für einen Aufenthalt zur Stadtbesichtigung.

Die Dusche war recht eng, aber die Vermieterin kündigte an, dass im November das Bad saniert und durch eine geräumige Dusche ersetzt wird.

The location of the appartement is good and we really appreciated having AC during the heatwave. Very clean and newly renovated appartement.

The Sofa bed was a bit noisy. When the Sofa bed was made the appartement felt small for 4 persons. Especially since it was to hot to use the balconey during our stay.

Loved Verona, would recommend the place but not happy with cash payment

It's a very good choice for families in Verona.

The apartment is very nice. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Very clean room, with AC, little kitchen with refrigerator. Good wi-fi. Good location, quite close to the highlights, with it's own private parking.

The bathroom was located between the 2 rooms, which was quite strange. And the AC was positioned in the bathroom. It was not very easy to get in or out of the parking, but manageable.

Great value for money, comfortable and homely and perfectly located.

It was very well located, perfect size for a short visit. Homely and comfortable.

The smallest issue was that the bed was a bit creaky but this was always going to be the case with a sofa bed which we knew when we booked!

Perfect base for a trip to Verona

Marzia was the perfect hostess. She met us at the apartment and gave us some great advice about the best places to visit and recommendations for a few amazing restaurants within walking distance. The place itself exceeded our expectations, great size for a family of four and had everything you could think of to make it the ideal home from home. We’ll definitely be back!

Great host and Cozy place

Marzia is really a hospitable host - kind, positive, detailed, with a smile, friendly etc. She can make you feel like you are friends and you are really welcomed in her home. The studio we had was very nice and cozy, a big one, clean, quiet, we had everything we needed and even more (like coffee, bottled water, map for Verona, SF lotion and candle for the balcony) and we had our own balcony which was a perfect place for breakfast.

Although the sofa was really nice, I felt a little uncomfortable sleeping on it.

absolutely loved Verona and our accommodation did not disappoint us!

Lovely style, traditional feel to modern interior. Felt very secure. Cafes very close by. Enjoyed walk into the heart of Verona. Enjoyed the ‘young’ feel of the area as in it within the university orbit.

Information pack only in Italian this a tad challenging for a non Italian speaker. WiFi very, very temperamental.

I would recommend!

The place is nice and quaint, located in a quiet part of town, but not far away from the centre. Everything was as expected and the apartment was nice and clean. Marzia is a great host!

A really good aparment

Good location. Comfy bed. Warm and clean. A nice and responsible host. Easy check-in.

A really poor light. Always dark in the room all day long. Some of the booking photos are from another apartment and these rooms were anavailable for us.

Cozy and nice

The apartment is quite spacious with two separate rooms. The dining area and the kitchen are well equipped with everything needed, we cooked a couple of times - it was nice and enjoyable. The sofa in the living room is comfortable and easy to fold / unfold. The area around is on the one hand very quite, on the other close to the center (walking distance, which was also ok for my 5 year old son). There's a number of cozy and non-touristic restaurants around. If you arrive by train you can also get off on Verona Porta Vescovo - the apartment is about 15 min walk from there. Porta Nuova station is a bit far for walking, but there's a number of buses which you can take from there. We travelled at the end of November, so a big recommendation for everyone staying during cold season: do take warm socks with you :-)

Comfortable, easy access, clean, well laid out

The space and layout of the apartment was great. Host is very kind. Easy access to Verona sights, food and shopping. Great for family

Noise levels beside the living room at night was high. Baby was to sleep in living space but parents ended up giving a very comfie bed to baby because that room was away from the noise

Highly recommended! A short walk from the flat to the city centre. An apartment for this excellent price so close to the city centre…well you can’t complain! With a small kitchen…bathroom was fine. But beware: the apartment is in a building where people live! You might hear real people next door!

Clean apartment with a nice kitchen, close to the main center of verona.

The room (the small one) is connected to the neighbor's house with only a thin door in between, and the neighbors were quite loud and woke us up multiple times in the middle of the night.

It felt very luxuries with the two rooms and a bath. spacious and good distance from the old city. Marzia was a sweetheart as well, very good host!

Highly recommended - meets basic needs and good location

Marzia was very helpful and nice. The check-in and check-out went very smooth. The apartment is in a quiet location just a 15’ walk from the city centre. There is a private parking available. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities necessary (towels, linen, kitchen facilities etc).

There are apartments both in the ground floor and first floor - there is no lift (although Marzia helped us with the luggage). The mattress was comfortable but the bed base was a bit noisy.

Marzia was lovely and gave good recommendations for what to do in Verona and where to eat. The apartment was tidy, cozy and clean.

The mattress is a little soft but I guess it's a preference thing :)
