I am not suggesting anyone to book this property as I wasted my time and money

I was just 10 minutes late the property holder didn't open the door so after that I had to arrange another property

Mobile phone of the property holder was continuously off and he/she didn't respond

Worst experience with Booking

Nothing

Very unprofessional and irresponsible. We found the place closed and the phone turned off. The whole family ( including infant) spent hours in the street trying to find alternative

host was extremely defensive trying to just his refusal to send me my check in details and he/she will never answer

I have to chase the host for my check in details and host will not answer phone call I have to call booking.com to get my check in details which I received 15:35 while the check in was meant to be 14:00 and after the host finally responded to my messages, he/she was extremely defensive trying to justify refusal to send me my check in details telling me that I should have go to the property and knock on the door which I find very crazy to do. and there was a lot of bed bugs in the room.

Shouldn't be on booking.com, awful experience

Nothing to good to say about it. Upon arrival a lady was shouting down from above to put in the code to open the door, which I was, not a good first impression, didn't get any better...

House was smelly, bed was practically on the floor, stains on bed covers, didn't feel safe, traffic noise, asked to cancel for good reason but declined, avoid.

worst place to waste your money.

the only thing likeable was the bed

there was no soap, no tissues and not even dry milk for tea. worst place I have stayed at. and the whole hoise had weird smell. No plates given to us either. i mean don't they know that people eat????? broken cupboards. i know its cheap but seriously can't even afford milk?

Value for money

There was no contact with the owner, not even through telephone. We had to exchange sms messages via phone. Bathroom could have been cleaner, there was no soap. There are some parking places in front of the house (2 or 3), but they were taken, so I had to park in the street, and relatively far from the property.

The problen was that someone thought i set the alatm off. It was someone's burt toast thst set the slarm off. In any case i wad told not to use the kitchen The live in cleaner seemed not to want me there in the first place I was askef to leave and missed a dsys sleep. I would demand a night's payment returned for this reason.

The location was very good for my reasons for travel

check in time was 14:00 but received the check in details later then that after numerous phone calls with out response and there’s lady in the property who treats other like her kids.

Horrible

Ther was no break least even though the booking said there will be breakfasts.

The locality was industrial and not ideal for residential stay. The house was substandard with no service. Hygien was the poorest I’ve ever seen. House is mixed with private tenants and fights broke out while my family and I were in our room.

Clean room, no parking, busy road, nobody answered the phone

Room was clean and there was a fan in the room as it was very hot otherwise

The advert said there is a car park. There was a drive for two cars and it was full. I had to look for parking half a mile away in the middle of the night in a place I don't know after a long flight. I only booked for having a car park space, but that was a let down. They could have said that there is limited parking and notify Guest where exactly can they park. Then I would have been prepared for that. The guest house is on a very busy road with double lines, so you can't even leave the car for a moment to check the place. Nobody answered the mobile phone when I called to ask where exactly are the keys ( not lit up for night time). If a current guest didnt came out to show me ( only by chance) I would have never found the key box.

Horrible!

In general very dirty smelly place. Someone was cooking and the whole house was smelling disgusting.. the fridge in the room doesn’t work ! Don’t stay there !

Clean Bright Easy access Good value for money

Very close to main road with lots of traffic including ambulance/police car every 3-5 mins. Would not have minded if I was on my own but made it a bit difficult with children.
