Das Schlafzimmer so wie das Badezimmer waren verschimmelt. Man hatte einen Eingang durch den Balkon. Das Zimmer war durch eine Tür direkt an den Wohnbereich der besitze angebunden wodurch alles private von ihnen gehört hat.

Fata was very kind and accomodating throughout my short stay and I would highly recommend. The balcony in the room I had was excellent

While the apartment has all the modern conveniences you could need, the furnishing is in good condition but a little old

Great value for money in a convenient location only 10 minute walk from Hvar harbour. The host was so welcoming and did our laundry and gave us a bottle of ice water for our ferry. Would stay again!

Great little find

We had an amazing stay and the host and staff were brilliant. They provided us with cold water when we arrived and wash and dried our clothes for us for free.

Very pleasant stay

The room was nice and spatial and it had a very nice terrace with flowers. The host was very friendly, answered to all our requests and gave us some fresh tomatoes from the garden. She also kindly allowed us to stay a bit longer for the checkout

It was quite hot during our stay in Hvar and as the room was in the attik it was a bit warm

Very simple apartment but just what we needed. The home owner did our laundry for us which was amazing! Lots of towels and linens provided. Very responsive host.

It wasn’t the cleanest apartment I’ve stayed in and could use some freshening up. Very limited kitchen, missing some utensils such as a knife.

Clean, new house, cheap friendly accommodation.

Closed to city centre, cheap, new house enough furniture to keep personal staffs. It belongs to one family and they live here also. Perfect hosting, friendly nice view. the full island is mountainous.

We had a great stay here at Butkovic apts. The room was clean and the location was a short walk from the town center. It was nice having the balcony for coffee in the morning or relaxing at night. The host was generous, friendly and always available when needed.
