The room information on booking is misleading. The rooms do NOT look like that in person.

The room advertised was NOT what was actually there. I asked repeatedly to be moved to the room i paid for but was told they do not have the rooms that look like the ones on the site. I cancelled my room and requested a refund since the room was way too small for me. More than a month after and i have not received my refund.

Nice hotel with lots of local restaurants.

Staff were accommodating and friendly, room was clean, easy check in and check out.

Placed us in the wrong room at first, breakfast had very limited options and gym was pretty small, some toilets didn’t flush right away.

l'hotel est est très bien situé dans le quartier colonial .

le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré . que les jus de fruits soient à base de fruits frais ; vous en avez tant dans le pays . qu'il y ait un peu plus de choix . C'est vrai que nous français .

very disappointed because we never got in and was charged for one night. very misleading and no parking available at thi

we didn’t like anything. very disappointed had no parking couldn’t get there and finally fight through traffic they didn’t offer parking. it was very misleading and will tell everyone to not go to Novus. they charge me for one night anyway.

nothing might would have been good if we had a chance to get in. We will never know

Room had not been clean, bathroom was dirty and it need better maintenance. We changed rooms. Still doesn't seem very clean.

I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Beware guys, this hotel charges 39.00 extra to bring a different guest in your room!!!!! Even if just a friend for an hour. This was not advertised by the hotel prior to my arrival. Floors were dirty, this is the smallest room I have ever stayed in with a queen bed in it. I had to sit side on the toilet because of space limitation between wall and toilet, I have pics of this lack of space. No lamps or light beside bed. breakfast filling but cheap choice of foods. Had to buy an extension cord to plug my phone charger in to be close to bed, limited electrical outlets. I asked for a frig for my room and they said one would be there, but that did not happen, they just had a small frig there with overpriced snacks, etc. in it. the hotel also does not furnish wash cloths for showering. I ended up not staying 2 of my 4 nights rented and the hotel would not refund me for those 2 nignts I did not stay.

This trip was for birdwatching. Early start the next day did not allow us to explore touristy spots

Love the location in the old city, close to many amenities and shops, restaurants and bank. Staff are friendly and helful.

Because we had to check out very early in the morning, we were not provided even packed breakfast.

I would stay at this hotel again. The location and quietness of the room were excellent.

The breakfast was delicious. The hotel offered a wide variety of foods. The shower was refreshing and the room and bathroom were very clean. The location was excellent and the room was quiet.

The air conditioner never cooled the room.
