Very good

+Great location: very near to the marina and old windmill sight, just a 15-20 mins walk to the new fort and centre +Air conditioning in the room and living room +Renovated and clean bathroom

- Poor ventilation, with no window there was a dampness in air. The only windows were the big opening next to the main door which couldn't be kept open as the property was on ground floor - The Sofa-bed had bed-bugs - No mosquito nets - The kitchen could do with some more utensils

A GREAT TIME ON THE WONDERFUL ISLAND OF CORFU, ITS A VERY SPECIAL PLACE TO VISIT.

THE LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD, ANY PROBLEMS WE HAD WHERE SORTED STRAIGHT AWAY, SHOWER HEAD BROKE AND WAS FIXED. COMMUNICATION VERY GOOD.

NOT ENOUGH COOKING POTS ( small milk pan would have been good instead of using very large pan to heat a small amount of milk ) THE FIRST AID BOX WAS SHAMEFUL RUSTY OLD PLASTERS AND LINT AND RUSTY OUT OF DATE BOTTLES ( i take my own first aid kit on holiday, just as well, )

Location is great. Very comfortable and convenient. Patio is really good to have. Quiet area.

Would be useful to have a washing machine.

Damp, smelly and in desperate need of refurbishment.

Location was great. Parking easy.

Mouldy walls, ceiling, blinds, bedding. Strong smell of damp. Needs a deep clean and at least a paint. Poor cooking facilities. Kettle burt my hand from holding the handle and is dangerous, no shower hook. No stair railing. Very dated and not even worth half the price.

the location suited us. it was very clean.

we actually didn’t stay there. the bedroom felt like it was the store room in an old shop and no insect netting on the small windows. we walked out.

Nice apartment.

We asked the reception to call us a taxi; but she refused and gave us the phone phone number of an overpriced taxi (10€ for a 1.5km, I.e., 5 minutes drive). Dont try to call a taxi there by the reception.

Modern, cosy, super responsive and kind hosts.

The balcony is of limited usability and the nearby beach is not the one you want to visit everyday.

It is ok for a few days

close to the airport and to the sea. Few grocery shops, few restaurants nearby. Walkable distance from Kerkyra old town.

everything. nice furniture, kitchen had everything we needed, and we were welcomed with courtesy water, much needed for us in that moment. the owner also left coffee for us. I would come again

shower wasn’t exactly like the rest of house. but nothing outrageous, just didn’t look new like the rest of the things. sofa should have some cover I suggest

Dini, who owns the place, is absolutely lovely - the friendliest and most helpful guy you'll meet. The place is 5 minutes walk from the beach, near a good supermarket, very new and we'll fitted out. Everything is in top notch condition and it's all very comfortable. When I was there they were finishing a rebuild of a number of rooms for the summer, and from what I saw of what will be the top-level bar, it's going to be lovely.

Perfect location,10 minutes to the centre,very clean,kind staff.

The bathroom.You should have the curtains or something else in the shower to prevent the water as it’s coming everywhere.

Great location and value for money. Specious room (loft apartment). Easy contact with the host.

The apartment requires some professional deep cleaning. The furniture is used, with stains on the sofa and chairs. This applies to the limited kitchen equipment too.

Ok for young couples for a couple of days but not for families with young children

The way the “suite” is furnished is quite modern and stylish, the location was good. You find restaurants nearby and small shops. It’s 25 minute walking distance from the Old Town and you can walk along the Port where the view is absolutely stunning. Mosquito net on the windows. Comfy bed and large bedroom.

- Not clean. Stained sheets and sofa. Dirty dishes. Very little kitchen utensils especially for four people. You would need to eat outside almost every day on a long stay. Scale around the sink. The shower room is tiny and there is no curtain to prevent water from splashing out of the shower so there is mould in various places. - Very poorly insulated. Sound and light. No blinds or shutters. Only curtains. We were woken up in the middle of the night by the neighbours using the toilet and walking up some stairs. One morning we heard our neighbour’s phone vibrate for over 15 minutes until we knocked on the wall to get them to switch it off. It felt like the walls were made of paper. The « suite » seems to be a converted shop/business. The door to the “suite” is a glass door that let the light through early in the morning and the noise at night. If you are a family with children or a couple looking for a relaxing place after a long day out, I strongly advise against it!
