El servicio ha sido excelente, muy recomendable.

La habitación era muy grande y el personal es muy amable. Esta muy bien la habitación, que estaba bien climatizada y todo bastante limpio y muy cerca de paradas de bus que llevaban directamente a la Acrópolis.

Aunque había agua caliente le faltaba un poco de cuidado el baño y la habitación le faltaba persianas, ya que la habitación tenia balcón y entraba mucha luz de noche. Faltaban enchufes ya que estaban mal ubicados.

Good place to stay

Second time that we rented a room there. Very good place.

THis time the bathroom wasn't as clean as it was one week before when we stood there for the first time. We couldn't find any extra blanket since that nite was very cold nor pillow which would be very appreciate it. Anyway it's not a complain but a suggestion

NOT recommend to book due to low conditions facilities and dirty bathroom

The bathroom was awaful and dirty all the time. It was a old apartment, far away from tram and bus station.

Preis und Leistung top

Der vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns viel gezeigt. Preis und Leistung top und Lage auch. Vollkommen zufrieden wenn man nur schlafen will.

Es war ziemlich kalt, leider war die Decke extrem dünn. Aber so eine Art Heizung hatten sie und halt laut aber so ist halt Athen

Insuperable y mas teniendo en cuenta el precio.

La limpieza al tener baño y cociana comaprtida era muy buena, en hoteles mucho mas caros era peor. Sergei, la persona que nos atendio, super amable y muy buena onda. El colchon estaba muy bien.

nada que decir. Quiza el lugar no esta en las mejores condiciones aunque esta bien cuidado. Se nota que es una casa vieja y los detalle slo demueestran, pero por el precio pagado supera cualquier cosa que peudas encontrar. Otra vez... solo para decir algo. Precio calidad excelente y quiza mejor todavia.

Όλα ήταν όπως τα περιμέναμε δεν μας ενδιέφερε να χρησιμοποιηθεί η κουζίνα το μπάνιο ήταν καθαρό η υγρασία εμφανές βέβαια αλλά το δωμάτιο για μια νύχτα Πρωτοχρονιάς ήταν όπως πρέπει! Θα ξανά πάμε 100%!

Pokud hledáte příjemné a nijak náročné ubytování cca 20 minut pěšky od Akropolis je toto pro vás skvělá volba! My jsme b

Měli jsme čistý a prostor pokoj. Skvělý byl také výhled na Akropolis ze střešní terasy, kde jsme měli po celou dobu přístup.

Koupelna trosku hůře udržitelná na čistotě. Toto ale není chyba pronajímatele, ale spolubydlících, kteří byli v jiných pokojích a po sobě nechávali mokrou podlahu v koupelně.

По приезде нас встретил менеджер (хозяин — непонятно) Сергей этого места с запахом алкоголя. Видимо, чтобы запудрить мозги отдыхающим, начал нам рассказывать за свою жизнь и всякую ерунду в этом духе. Когда мы зашли в номер, то ужаснулись. То, что на фото и в реальности совсем две разные вещи. Вся мебель потертая, грязная и сломанная. Кондиционер, со слов этого менеджера, должен нам разогреть комнату до 30 градусов в течение 5 минут, но этот кондиционер вообще не работал от слова совсем. В номере, если его так можно назвать, был дикий холод . Мебель как будто её со свалки притащили. Сломанная, грязная дверь с оборванными косяками и еле открывающимся замком. В этой забегаловке вы ощутите себя как в общаге. В санузле вы увидите и будете мыться в антисанитарийных условиях. Запах фекалий, мочи, плесени, разбросанных волос всех нынешних и прежних жильцов, плесневые шторки ванны вас будут окружать везде. А ещё там нет горячей воды вообще, и как захотите так и мойтесь. Кухня это отдельная история. Вонючая тряпка, губка для посуды, старая и засаленная посуда, мебель в виде рухляди будут вас окружать везде. Сантехника на кухне и в санузле бежит и ели держится. Круглосуточный шум и гам. На все жалобы и просьбы менеджер или хозяин Сергей (понять невозможно кто он там вообще), он всегда в алкогольном состоянии, вам будет распрекрасно рассказывать о своей жизни, а решать ничего не будет. Я не знаю, отчего в других отзывах пишут только положительное, я понять не могу. Может быть лучше этого отеля люди не видели. Когда мы снимали этот отель , то понимали , что будет не люкс, но точно не грязная, поломанная общежитейская комнатушка.

Great stay close to the city centre.

Serge was an exceptional host, the room was spacious and the shared facilities spotless. The guest house was in a great location for the city and the beach. There are great restaurants a short distance away and Lidl is round the corner for everyday essentials. The aircon was fantastic, our room was always a comfortable temperature despite the August heat. The roof terrace was a great bonus and a fantastic place to relax in the evenings. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay again. It was great value for money.

Good for a night in Athens

The place is fine for a night in Athen to visit the surroundings. Sergei the owner is very nice and he keep our lugagge after the check-out. Also he recommended us a nuce tavern near for dinner.

The apartment in general is very old...

Perfect !

The boy who runs the hostel is very nice and kind , he waited for us until 3am, he explained a lot of useful things about the neighborhood and how to reach the center The room was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom and the kitchen too

Ir would be nice to add a table and some chairs at the rooftop to have breakfast or dinner. Nevertheless, it’s only a recommendation cause the house was perfect

Accordong to price of the accomodation and location it was good choice.

A room at a good price in a good location if you are not too fussy when it comes to hygiene

The location is excellent, you can walk to the center and the Acropolis. The room was neat and somewhat clean, clean bed linen and towels, comfortable beds. The owner was kind and helpful. The roof terrace is great for staying in the evening and summarizing the impressions from the tours, you can even see the illuminated Acropolis in the distance. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with the possibility of free parking on the street.

The common areas are quite neglected and untidy. Dust and dirt in the kitchen and bathroom, unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the rest of the building. Doors, windows, all surfaces you look at have fingerprints and dirt.

The room had Air conditioning and the bed was pretty ok.

The bathroom was quite dirty and old, but overall, it was OK. You get what you paid for!

If you are looking for a dormitory and will spend most time outside, this place will do.

Good price, AC working great, room smell clean.

Bathroom doesn't breathe and quickly gets smelly. Bathroom really needs an upgrade. House in general needs upgrade.

good value for money, good location

Good value for money. 25minute walk to the Acropolis, 20minute public transport to city centre. facilities weren’t the cleanest, bad smell in bathroom but rooms were big and comfortable. view of Acropolis from roof top was very nice. bad experience arriving into Athens, trams weren’t working and no taxis so had to walk 1 hour with luggage. Overall okay experience and you get what you pay for, very safe neighbourhood

The owner responded to my messages and was helpful . My room was quiet and overlooked a school. Good location. Great views from the roof terrace. Good bakery opposite

The railing on the roof terrace seemed a bit low Running out of loo roll, hazard of sharing a bathroom in less pricey accommodation. Take your own!

Value for money and friendly Host

2nd time staying here and Sergei checked us in even though we arrived fairly late at night. Nothing much else to say except his place is clean, value for money, in a good location, safe and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Friendly Host and extremely value for money

Sergei was extremely friendly and shared with us practical tips for transpiration/attractions/how to not get pickpocketed. Location was good, hot showers and toiletries were provided with a shared kitchen space. We were also allowed to leave our luggage in the room after checkout as we had a late flight and we really appreciated it. Really value for money and would come again!

Shared toilet but understandable because of the price.

Great stay - exceeds expectations and value for money.

It was in a safe area. Surrounded by a great restaurant and amazing bakeries and cafe. A bit of a walk to the city central (20 minutes) and approximately 10 mins to the train station. Sergei was very friendly. The rooms were larger than expected and was clean.

No issues. Just some feedback is probably toilet floor mats for when it gets really cold.

The owner was a nice guy providing info on everything and explaining everything. The place was clean aand everything was how it was expected.

The location is a little problem. The tram and metro station is far. not too far but still.
