A real treat - stylish Skandi apartment

A fantastic, Skandi modern apartment with views across Morzine. The stylish apartment was a great base for 6 days as a family of 4 exploring the Alps. Lovely sauna and hammam. Beds were super comfy!

This is the second time we come to this apartment, a quiet, decorated and clean place, thank you

The location is great, a quiet environment and within reasonable walking distance to the town center and the cable cars. The service was excellent and we would love to come back again.

Unfortunately, this time the pool and jacuzzi didn't work and we didn't quite understand why

Nice apartment but location requires car. Pool wasn't available for our stay.

Codes came through on phone and easy to use Apartment is ok size - on the small side, bathroom is tiny. Has all the cooking items you'd need but no additions like salt or oil etc Tv has some channels but no Netflix / Amazon prime etc Very quiet location

We didn't really know where to park at first but managed to work out you have to keep going and turn back on yourself It's a long walk from town along a main road over a suspension bridge - we have young children and only did this once. Thankfully we had car and end of season so we drove and parked everywhere. We weren't told the swimming pool wasn't available and this was one of the top reasons we had booked this apartment. The sauna requires you to pay get a code, go down and turn it on and then wait for it to hear up which to get to a good temperature took 30 mins minimum - was quite disappointing

the hot tub was too cold to use then broken for the rest of our stay, also the property was advertised at morzine but actually in Montriond so quite a walk from the centre of morzine

Superb

The apartment was very clean and modern. The bedrooms are very comfortable and each come with his own bathroom. There is a lot of storage. The staff was very responsive and friendly. They are really doing their best to make sure you have a good experience

There was some maintenance issue with the spa when we arrived - needed a few adjustments. The location is a bit far from the city center.

Lovely apartment. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Walking distance to the centre of town in 15 mins.

Clean and good staff service

New, spacious, great wellness area. Staff were really helpful with ski passes.

Minor niggles - no tea towels in the kitchen, tablet with area/ apartment information had a SIM- related glitch (otherwise would have been great).

Nice apartments but the spa is not switched on!

Nice modern apartment, comfy beds, clean and a good location(car needed) The apartments have modern facilities with good wifi etc.

The spa was basically switched off and it was an extra 20 euros per day if you wanted to use it. It totally put us off. I would have expected it in with the price, and its not great to see the sauna not switched on until paid for. It takes hours for a sauna to get up to speed. Also I noticed there was nowhere to relax in the spa area so it really is an after thought for them it seems. For this reason I would think twice before booking again, I would be judging the price vs apartments without spa facilities.

Exceptional

I would have preferred to be closer to the centre but the apartment was amazing so worth the walk. And the walk warmed us up anyway!

The only thing we struggled with was drying our clothes. There was only one small radiator. Maybe we missed a communal room where we could have left ski clothing?

Would stay here again

Well equipped and presented chalet. Nice views from balcony over morzine. Good size for family of 4-6. Clean and tidy. Uk TV channels available: kept the kids occupied when indoors. Plenty of covered parking bays, which was particularly appreciated on hot days. Excellent gym.

Location was actually Montriond not Morzine, as the chalet was part the sign that says you've left morzine. West facing so very hot in the afternoon - no air con. Additional costs to use gym or hot tub. Not part of multipass scheme. Lack of secure bike storage. Our bikes had to stay strapped to the car, when not in use.
