Visiting this town is like stepping into a movie set

The property is in the center of the old city. The highlight of each day is the delightful breakfast on the roof with an Amazing ! View.

Geweldige plek!

Deze plek is geweldig! Ik zag veel voorbijkomen over Poligano en dacht dat het overdreven was, maar het is echt een ontzettend mooie plek. Mooie baai, leuke smalle straatjes en pleinen, mooie oude gebouwen. Het verblijf is ontzettend netjes, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Francesco is een super aardige host die je graag tips geeft voor Polignano. Je loopt de deur uit en bent middenin het centrum. Er is een mooi dakterras waar je kunt zitten en waar het ontbijt wordt geserveerd, met heerlijke zelfgemaakte gebakjes van Francesco zijn moeder. We hadden een huurauto die we gratis bij het station neer konden zetten (het centrum is autovrij) en Francesco regelde dat we met een golfkarretje werden opgehaald, heel gaaf. Voor de terugweg kun je dit ook laten regelen, het is te lopen, maar dit is leuker. Een aanrader!

Nette Unterkunft, super Lage, tolles Frühstück

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt mit toller Dachterrasse. Sehr netter und bemühter Vermieter. Unterkunft nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar, Rikschatransport wird unkompliziert und rasch organisiert. Super Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit unglaublich leckerem Kuchen, von der Mama gebacken. Aperitiv u. a. auf der Dachterrasse. Zimmer klein, aber hübsch eingerichtet und sauber.

Die Zimmer haben an der Decke eine gemeinsame Glaswand, was wir ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig fanden. So schien nachts das Licht ins Zimmer hinein und es war sehr hellhörig.

Excellent location and host

Excellent location, couldn’t be better placed for exploring the town on foot. The host Francesco was a great help to us in picking where to eat and what to do. So warm and friendly. Below our window in the evening there was a pianist on the street playing music - felt like something out of a movie! Spending time on the rooftop for sunset and the freshly baked breakfast in the morning also deserve a mention. Really enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend

Nothing per se but there are stairs to rooms and the rooftop so word of caution for anyone with mobility issues.

Super Lage und toller Gastgeber

Sehr gute Betreuung. Francesco ein toller Gastgeber, seine Mutter sehr nett und eine fleissige Kuchen Bäckerin. Obwohl ich am Morgen kein Freund von Süssigkeiten bin, habe ich einige probiert waren super. Auch Gäste die lieber etwas herzhaftes bevorzugen kommen auf ihre Kosten. Waren einige Male auf der Dach Terrasse zum Aperitif, Lemoncello Spritz war köstlich.

Localização ótima, mas ouço conforto.

A localização, o café da manhã e terem mandado um transporte para nos pegar com as malas no estacionamento, que era longe. Francesco e sua mãe são muito gentis e solícitos.

O quarto standard não tem janela, se você tem problema com isso, não vá. O banheiro não dispõe de local para colocar, shampoo e sabonete no local de banho. O quarto é bastante apertado, sem local para apoiar coisas, além de ter muitas escadas para acessar.

Francesco is a fantastic host. He provided p/up from/to the station and detailed info for everything. The breakfast at the rooftop terrace is also fantastic.

Great value!

This cute B&B is located in the heart of Polignano’s old town. The location is perfect, close to all the amenities. Francesco, owner and host, is extremely kind, helpful and accommodating! We loved the terrace with sea view, the sunset aperitivo, the amazing breakfast prepared by Francesco’s lovely mother. Francesco also organised our pick up and drop back at the (free!) parking spot, completely for free, and gave us advice for where to go in the town. Room was nice and clean. Maybe a bit small, but for a short stay it’s not a problem. The great location and the amazing host would make us come back again for another holiday!

Lacking of some privacy is the only downside we found in the place. The acoustic insulation of the rooms is bad and during the night you can hear your neighbours snoring as if they were sleeping in your own room.

So glad we stayed here.

Location was amazing. Beautiful terrace to enjoy a drink watching the sunset. Breakfast was superb on the terrace over looking the Adriatic Sea. Francesco the host was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful.

Francesco couldn’t have been more accommodating, providing details of check-in, recommending free parking area then organising for us to be collected and returned to the car park free of charge. Insistent on carrying our cases, informative about the area. The accommodation is perfectly located, and the breakfast was lovely.

Very good value for money and top location

Very well located , super nice host . They arrange to collect us from the train station with a Tuktuk and then carry our luggage to the room . The b&b is very well located in the old town but the street is quiet . The breakfast is very nice, all homemade by the owners mother with a lot of cake variety . The sunset is amazing from the terrace . Amazing place to stay .

Fantastic

Fantastic spot! Amazing location, lovely clean and modern facilities while still having the charm of an older style building. The location was perfect, in amongst it all but quiet at night. Rooftop is a real highlight, especially the breakfast. They really went above and beyond in every aspect.

Really central B&B in Polignano a Mare with a stunning room top that could be enjoyed freely. The rooms were also very fresh and cool with full use of the locations. Francesco was a super kind and service-minded host and he and his mother served the most lovely Italian breakfast with overload of Italian cakes and treats.

Nothing, it was really great! Just be aware that due to location, you need to carry your luggage some meters and be able to walk some stairs. Rooms are not very large, but fits just perfectly.

Everything!! Francesco was such an amazing host - he made you feel safe and welcome. The whole stay felt like staying at your familys house. He is so hospitable and takes so much pride in his establishment - definitely went over and above any expectations . Breakfast was as the reviews state - AMAZING!! All pastries made by his mom and every one is better then the one before. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything and central. Every single restaurant and excursion recommendation made by Francesco was just abaolutely perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

There was nothing - the whole stay was perfect! (Would have been nice to have an extra mirror - but its a nice to have not a must).

Amazing place in great location with delicious breakfast.

Amazing location in city center, delicious breakfast on the roof top and host - Francesco. He helped us with everything in the late hours. I really recommned this place, hope to come back again!

The host is very nice, rooms are clean, breakfast is amazing and location very nice!

The breakfast was really good, location is really close to both beaches and it is very close to a lot of good restaurants. The host recommended the best location and we were very satisfied with everything. The only remark from our end is that the room is quite small.

Overall we liked the whole experience, the small room didn't upset us that much but it was a point that we would consider.

Excellent service. Francesco went above and beyond with providing excellent service. the property was very clean. They actually care about u rather than just think of u as just another customer coming in and out. Location is perfect close to main square and train station.

Perfect stay with very accommodating hosts.

Fantastic location in the historic centre. The hosts were unbelievably generous and welcoming. Francesco makes the best Aperol Spritz to enjoy on the roof top while watching the sun set. Breakfast is excellent.

Francesco was amazing host; great communication prior to arrival; he organized transportation from parking lot to appartmant; he offered usefull information about the destination. Unfortunatelly we were having severe showers so we were not able to enjoy a coctail and a sunset from roof top; from which the view is stunning.

we really enjoyed staying here! the breakfast was amazing, the homemade cakes were so delicious! the room was clean and tidy and the location was perfect!

the rooms were not sound proof and can be a little loud with other guests next door! but I definitely would still stay here again!
