Exceptional

Great location close to City center. Very tasty french breakfast. The room was very nice in french design and spacious. Very easy parking in the street infront the house.

Strongly recommend stay in the Champagne!

Michel and Marie are incredibile hosts: they helped us organising our days in the champagne both by suggesting wine houses and reserving high quality restaurants (even before our arrival!) The location is perfect to visit the area, the room is big and very clean and the breakfast is generous. We will for sure come back!

Wonderful base to explore Epernay and the surrounding area

Marie and Michel were excellent hosts. They were so friendly and keen to recommend/book great restaurants and champagne tours. Restaurant Le Grille Gourmet was pertically good . The breakfast was excellent, and a chance to chat to the hosts who both had good English if needed. The accommodation was very comfortable with a very well designed bathroom. Please be aware the parking was on the street .

A perfect place to stay to explore Epernay and surrounds

Our stay at Chez Camille was outstanding! Our hosts Michel and Marie were so very kind and generous! We feel we have made new friends in Epernay. They helped us with everything from dinner reservations and bike rentals to great recommendations on where to go and what to see. Located within a 10 minute flat easy walk into the center of town. The accommodation was fantastic. A beautiful apartment with loads of space and very clean. Breakfast was very French with fresh bread and croissants, hone made jams, fruit yogurt cheese coffee juice etc. A perfect way to start the day. We couldnt say enough great things about our stay! Highly recommend for a relaxed and enjoyable visit to Epernay. We look forward to returning there in the future. Finally they have the cutest little dog too!!

Definitely my favorite part of our France trip was staying in Epernay at this bed and breakfast.

Perfect hosts, perfect breakfast, perfect location. We felt very comfortable with the hosts. The hosts made lunch and dinner reservations for us. Their recommendations were excellent, some of the best dining experiences while in France.

A gem of a find in Epernay

Michael and Marie welcomed us like old friends. The house annex where you stay was comfortable and private. The annex had a good size bedroom, seperate bathroom with wonderful shower and a cosy seating area. Breakfasts were outstanding, wonderful coffee and fresh bakes from the patisserie every morning. Michael and Marie gave us wonderful recommendations for the local area, which champagne houses to visit, some secret spots to visit only known by someone with local knowledge. They had even had booked a special table for us at a very hard to get into French restaurant! We loved our stay, oh and we loved their dog! We stay a lot in hotels, AirBnB's around the word, however their friendliness and warm welcome is hard to surpass! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we would love to come back! Fee and Wilhelm

The only thing that did not work for us are the chairs in the seating area, not that there is anything wrong with them, they are comfortable, but a little lower to the ground than most, and as my husband is 2.02cm they were not so comfortable for him. This worked out however as the sun was shining and we had freedom to sit in the garden at the table.

Superb stay with simply the best hosts!

The property was excellent with a big room,shower and sitting room but what really made it special was Michel and Marie. such lovely helpful people. Can’t speak highly enough about them and we enjoyed their company and every minute. Nothing was too much trouble! They have a lovely dog as well named Opium and we were lucky enough to meet their daughter Cammie too! Highly recommended!

Marvellous days in Epernay

The owner’s of Chez Camille are fantastic people. Extremely kind and helpful with anything and everything. They definitely added to our trip to the Champagne region! The room was also very nice with a big bathroom. Excellent breakfast. You can also take some rest in the garden after a long day about. I would recommend this place to anybody!

Lovely and truly caring hosts!

We had a perfect stay with Michel and Marie ( and their cute dog Opium). They really have fun in running a b&b having genuine interest in their guest and that makes all the difference. They are such a nice couple and have a passion for rallying and both are successful co-drivers. We really enjoined the conversations we had, accompanied by a good glas of champagne of course. They also know a lot about the area and gave us spot on advice about activities and booked us two good restaurants. We especially liked Henri IV in Ay, where you can have a garden dinner, impossible to get there without a reservation. The room itself is well maintained and clean, comfy bed and spacious bathroom. All the materials are of high quality. Same goes for the breakfast, fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, baguette, yoghurt, cheese and even fresh fruit. We will book this location again in a heartbeat!

Best B&B in Épernay

We cannot recommend this stay highly enough, on arrival we were greeted by the wonderful Michel and Marie who kindly helped us arrange the rest of our stay including a fabulous outdoor dinner and a local private tour of a family run champagne vineyard! The room was very comfortable and extremely clean with a very spacious bathroom and private entrance, the location is perfect for exploring Épernay and surrounding villages. The generous breakfast was absolutely delicious with fresh local bread and pastries and the breakfast tips and tricks from Michel really did make our stay! Thank you both so much, we hope to return soon! 🥂
