Dated facilities but great location.

The property was fantastically located close to Yalong Bay Beach and was in driving distance to malls. The pool was clean.

The apartment was relatively dated and bathrooms not very clean. The place could do with a slight renovation. The sun loungers were old and slightly broken.

The pool closed at certain times and the nighttime swim could have stayed open later.

Property was great value for money. WiFi worked well.

Property was advertised as beach front. In actual fact you needed to get a 10 minute didi (35 minute walk) to get to the beach. The property was for the most part clean, however the larger bathroom with the bath tub was filthy. It looked as though the room hadn’t been cleaned in months, it was dusty and smelled of damp. It also had several large cob webs and spider webs in the corner. I asked for a cleaner and one was sent the next morning. However, they refused to clean the larger bathroom and I was told I could use the smaller one with no bath tub.

Poor finish, low quality, AWFULLY DIRTY KITCHEN WITH NO APPLIANCES Mice droppings in the kitchen drawer The owner tried to move us to another place by cutting off the electricity supply
