We had a fantastic experience staying here. Facilities are impeccable, fantastic views from room. Host went out of her way for us to get the most out of our trip - we highly recommend.

It is a little distance from anything, but just like anywhere in Malta you need some kind of transport.

Everything! One of the most welcoming & friendly hosts I've ever had with such good advice, facilities & care for her guests! She went above and beyond. The location is perfect if you want to stay somewhere that isn't too busy but still easy enough to get a bus everywhere necessary.

Peaceful place with great views

I absolutely enjoyed my time here as it was welcoming, comfortable, and I had a gorgeous view from my room. It was a peaceful place to stay and I enjoyed waking up and having coffee with a nice view of the sea. The owner is very friendly and helpful and I felt right at home.

Exceptional

The accommodation was stunning! Beautiful villa with lovely view form the balcony and even better view from the roof terrace. The room was comfortable and clean, the same goes for the bathroom. Our stay was perfect thanks to the best owner I have ever met. Anne Marie was extremely kind and understanding, storaged our backpacks while we were at the beach, and even wanted to pick us up. Definitely recommned!!

In general, I enjoyed my stay most of the time but definitely bring ear plugs.

The host was lovely - she offered to drive me to the ferry stop and offered help and recommendations. The view from my room was lovely and the balcony was really nice. The common space on the rooftop is a nice place to chill. Complementary good coffee.

Sadly the room facing the bay is VERY loud I could not sleep and woke up many times in the morning. The villa is located by a small highway and you can REALLY hear passing cars. I wish I did not have to write this but it really affected how much I enjoyed staying there. The private bathroom had poor ventilation. The location is difficult to reach if you don't have a car. You have to walk for 20 min to reach it. I think it was pricey for what was offered

Landlors tried to silve at least some of the issues, however when I asked if I could shorten my stay because it doesn't meet expectations, answer was no (i.e. I can pay and leave).

1. Location - you need to take long way through highway to reach bus station/sea, so I wouldn't call it beachfront. If you come with luggage and you don't have car, it's very inconvenient to reach the propery. First food shop is about 15 mins to walk. 2. I had a balcony which was straight to the very busy street, not very possible to rest. 3. Very bad isolation - you can hear what people in other room talk. 4. Doors are old, everyime someone shuts the door you will hear it. Locker just fell out from doors and no one fixed it for 3 days. 5. I should have private toilet/shower, however it was external, so everytime you need it - you have to lock your room, enter shower with another key. 6. HOT water was not allways supplied - 2/6 mornings - only cold water, few days water for max 5 mins. 7. Tv was not working in the beginning. 8. In total I asked 4 or 5 times for help in 6 days because something was not working time to time, so 65eur/night was way too much.

Great location, peaceful and has great bus connections. The terrace on the rooftop is beautiful. We had nothing to complain to. Anne Marie was really helpful and hospitable. Definitely would come back.

Wonderful experience - hopefully come back one day

- The owner Anne is just simply amazing, she just makes you feel very welcome and like home. She really tries to help with any belongings - Beautiful terrasse with a great view over the bay - parking places in front - We got a special bed for our 1,5 year old son - Every day the room was cleaned up and we could decide on day by day basis if we want to have breakfast or not - A kitchen, in case you want to cook or store grocieries

The owner of this place very lovely person, who cares about the guest and trust them. The property is clean, there was daily cleaning. There is terrace with wonderful view. From property locations is easy to reach beaches. We were highly satisfied of the stays Thank you!

Wonderful view

Huge room with large balcony providing panoramic views of the harbor. It's a little over a kilometer (downhill) to the waterfront - a pleasant walk. There's a fully equipped kitchen on the top floor for guests, along with a rooftop veranda where you could chill out. Plenty of street parking and the host was really nice.

Feels like home, a very comfortable home with people who care!

Anne Marie is just the best host and a good person❤️ made my stay so comfortable also, very professional! The place is equipped and cleaned well every day! so much work is done in this place if you are a solo traveler-you should definitely consider!!!! she even provided me with umbrella, helped me get my groceries and just a lot of little things. And this view from the room and the apartment… I miss it! I took the photo for myself, because the house is really beautiful. there are so many amazing paintings done by Anne Marie’s husband

Great House with great view and well furnished

We had a gread time in Villa Zamitella. The place is beautiful and very well furnished. The room and bathroom were both larges and very clean. We also enjoy great time on the rooftop with a beautiful view! A big thanks to the owners whom were very helpful and gave us planty of advices. We really appreciated our stay here.

Localization is great to reach several great beaches and touristic places by car. We managed to visit very easily the North of the Island ! However we would have liked to have restaurants and other facilities closer by foot. There are some by walking 15minutes but not very easy to access as we have to cross and walk along a big road.

A great base for exploring and relaxing on the roof in the evening.

The villa is placed on a hillside overlooking St Paul's bay and is away from the noise and bustle of the town, so it was a quiet haven and base for our exploring. There is a great view from the roof terrace and this is ideal for a breakfast if ordered. Anne-Marie does lay on a good spread if you want one. Although close to beaches at St Pauls it is only 5 mins away from the great beach at Golden Bay. Anne Marie is on hand to assist but is not obtrusive and full of ideas for trips and local restaurants.

Nothing to say bad about the villa but I was a little concerned about the right hand turn filter to cross the dual carriageway if coming from St Paul when traffic was busy, and we preferred to go on to the next roundabout at bugibba. At other times of day it was okay

I highly recommend visiting Villa Zammitella!

I recommend with all my heart, the owner is very nice and helpful. room cleaned every day, room and shared kitchen equipped with all necessary things. We got there around midnight and there was no problem with checking in, additionally a cold bottle of water was waiting for us! the next day the owner took us around the area and showed us beaches and restaurants worth visiting.Appreciate!

a perfect end to a week in Malta.

the room was light and airy and the roof top terrace was so lovely we didn’t go out in the end. we just sat and read and drank wine. perfect end to our holiday.

It was only one night but I think we are first one in this room this season. We hadn’t warm water so needed the assistance from our host. They turned on warm water but it was only enough for one person who didn’t even take a long shower. Tomorrow morning the same thing. We also needed the assistance to open the window (really hard to open -probbably because of no view they keep it closed). The TV wasn’t working. It was very bad smell during the whole night., we think the reason is the bad water pump pressure..It wasn’t really value for a money ..but the hosts are really kind and helpfull. I think they didn’t expected guests in this time of the season and we booked last minute..
