Posizione ottima

Posizione abbastanza comoda, molto vicina alle principali attrazioni della città, ma in una zona residenziale e molto silenziosa. La camera era carina e abbastanza spaziosa. Futon comodissimi. Un giusto rapporto qualità prezzo.

C'era un po' di odore di polvere e ci abbiamo messo un po' a trovare la chiave per entrare. Ci era stato comunicato che l'avremmo trovata in una cassaforte all'esterno della camera, ma la cassaforte era vuota e abbiamo dovuto cercare la reception, niente di grave. Ma fossimo arrivati ad un ora diversa sarebbe stato un problema. Confusione iniziale a parte i proprietari sono però poi stati gentilissimi nell'aiutarci

Fantastic location and great value for cost

Fantastic location and very friendly staff, the room was clean and well stocked with essentials

The building is quite old and suffered from severe rust on many of the structures. As a tall person, the shower was almost unusable, although I understand this is more of a personal issue that wouldn't affect many visitors.

Good location, worth for money, but cold toilet during autumn/winter is not comfortable at all.

Near to the bus stop and attractions place. Size of the room is ok. Quiet area. Pantry at the room is very helpful to heat up the food for breakfast and supper.umbrella for free rental during raining days is appreciated.

Cold toilet. Bring up and down the big luggage to/from second floor by staircase in the raining days is not easy.

Very comfortable and convenient, great value for money

The futons were really comfortable! The location was quite convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. Great value for money

The shower took a lot of adjusting to get the temperature just right. The walls were a bit thin, we could hear the neighbors quite clearly. While we were there the power went off and after it came back on, the gas took a long time to start again so our hot shower was interrupted! That was nobody's fault though

兼六園はもとより片町、香林坊、金沢駅、近江市場など移動しやすかった。ちょっとしたことかもしれないが貸し傘は重宝した。飛行機を利用したため折りたたみ傘はあったが弁当忘れても傘忘れるな、の言葉通り。

外国の方が泊まる方の需要はあるのは理解できる。コストパフォーマンスが良いから。日本人観光客に対しての部屋の調理器具の場所や近隣の施設に対しての日本語説明がもう少し丁寧にあれば助かったと思う。後、靴ベラが欲しかった。

Appartement avec une très bonne qualité/prix proche du parc et du château

La chambre de style japonais était agréable et confortable et l'appartement était bien situé, dans un immeuble proche du parc et entre différents quartiers à visiter. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour !

- nous avons eu un problème avec le sèche-linge mais je pense que cela sera vite résolu.

通りに面した表示なく場所が解りにくい。セルフ・チェックインが解りにくい。近隣にコンビニ等なく非常に不便。シャワートイレではなく、昔風トレイ設備。キッチンが狭く利用に耐えがたい。電子レンジが小さ過ぎる。公共交通機関の利用を踏まえると、非常に不便なロケーション。提供されるバス案内がメチャクチャ。

Emplacement, prix, futon confortable, salle de bain correcte, propreté, simplicité de l'arrivée.

Appartement vieillot, et pas de contact avec le propriétaire autrement que via la messagerie, cela rend la démarche très impersonnelle, c'est dommage.

Not a lot but it was clean, bedding OK

Hard to find. Nearest convenience store 10 minutes walk away, no restaurant nearby. No apparent staff on site. Kitchen lighting not working, windows opaque so not naturally light. Bathroom so small I couldn't dry myself without leaving the bathroom. It felt claustrophobic, so we decided to find a hotel

Convenient apartment in a great location

Great location for sightseeing, a few minutes walk from Kenrokuen Garden and the castle. The apartment was clean and the futon was comfortable. Communication was good and self checked-in easy. The Wi-Fi worked well. Drinks vending machine in front of the building. There were also coin washing machines and dryer on the site but we didn’t use them.

There was a few seconds power blackout one evening and after that there was no hot water anymore. We didn’t report it since we didn’t mind the cold water at the shower but I assume that wouldn’t be the same for everyone.

Veeeery good value for money

For such a low price it was an amazing stay: big clean room, comfortable tatami mattresses and pillows and a perfect location close to the main attractions of the city. Pre-warning to tall people: it might be a bit tricky to take a shower if you are around 175cm or taller due to a low ceiling in the bathroom.

The fridge was noisy but it was not a problem for us. We switched it off at night.

Great location, good communication and check in, kitchenette and laundry as described, nice aesthetic touches

Some facilities are old (e.g. air conditioner in one of our rooms struggled, internet sometimes slow, blinds in another room let in early morning light)

The futon was amazing, I've never slept more comfortably in my life! The apartment is really nice, setting up your futons at night was definitely a great experience.10 minutes walk from Kanazawa castle and gardens (both worth visiting throughly!) and downtown. Easy connection with train station by bus. Nice staff, amazing experience. We loved this apartment!

The apartment is cold, but we knew it was to be expected. Space heater is provided for the room and the futon is extremely warm, only the bathroom and kitchen area stay quite cold. Still definitely worth it, I would go back in heartbeat.

Very good

Tatami is comfy with fluffy blanket , warm room. The room is with reasonable price and do much bigger than a hotel room. location is also nice where near Kenroku-en and other main attractions! Host replied messages quickly and English are really good. They helped us a lot!

With this price, nothing to complain!! ^__^

It was in a convenient location in Kanazawa. The accommodations were clean and great value. When we came across a problem, the staff was very understanding and accommodating.

It was noisy so it was difficult to sleep well.

Excellent host, full facilities, convenient location.. I can't ask for more👏👏

The host Michio-san is always available to attend to your needs even in the nick of time! I have decided to continue staying here for more weeks to come due to the conveniences it offers like the bus stop just about 50m away, the full facilities in the apartment just like home as well as a convenience store nearby where you can buy your essential grocery needs! I do a lot of cooking since it's been snowing heavily outside & I dread to brave the snow! There are a couple of coin-perated washing machines & dryers at the premise and that is so cool! Overall, the location of this place makes my stay a comfortable one.
