Great location, good value, facilities and space.

Location fab, modern and comfortable

Opens straight onto a main road with no pedestrian crossings. No parking but that’s fairly normal in Stamford.

Excellent, beautiful apartment in the heart of Stamford

The apartment was spacious, clean and in a central spot.

There was a lot of scaffolding outside, which obscured the views from the windows. We were warned about this in advance, though.

Would definitely recommend to everyone and would even consider staying again if we came back to Stamford

Nicely finished property, plenty of room, everything we needed in a brilliant location. Some great views from the windows. Kitchen was well equipped and modern, bathroom was well equipped with a good shower. Bed was comfy and we slept well.

All very minor. Shame about the scaffold, but couldn’t be helped and you did let us know in advance. Dressing area sensor light was very temperamental. Kept turning off after 5 seconds.

when in Stamford you must stay here

Location was perfect, the room was perfect, the cleanliness was perfect.

Very MINOR issues was the shower head clip was broken and unfortunately there was no access to the external decked area due to roofing works, this was still a 10 out of 10 stay and i will definitely return.

Lovely relaxing stay in exceptional apartment

Beautiful modern apartment with just about everything you would need, just revving engines at the traffic lights and brooding pigeons slightly spoiled the quiet

Our first visit to Stamford certainly won’t be our last - and we would definitely stay here again.

An absolutely fabulous apartment which had been the toll house on the bridge. Everything was provided and the views were beautiful. An excellent location right in the centre of town.

Beautiful location, wonderful weekend getaway.

Very central and easy to access with a beautiful view of the river from the upstairs bedroom. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and welcoming would definitely stay again!

It is a little bit of a walk from the nearest car park but that can’t be helped with the placement of the property.

We had a very enjoyable short break in Stamford.

Good central location with river view and within walking distance of the station and other Stamford attractions.

As an older person I would have liked some safety handrails to aid getting in and out of the bath/shower.

Excellently appointed apartment - quite spacious, very big kitchen and fully equipped in a separate room (!), sitting room, bedroom with a bed with excellent mattress, even a small study with a writing desk! Everything is clean, well thought through and convenient.

The address provided is misleading. All other Riverside Apartments have entrances from Wharf Road. It has taken us about 10 minutes of trying to get into every other Riverside Apartment and a visit to the beauty saloon to be told that our entrance was actually around the corner from the bridge/main road. Also, the bridge is the only one in the town - and the main road has the heaviest traffic. Objectively, this apartment is in the noisiest location in Stamford. If you are a light sleeper - don't even consider staying here. Also, literally no kerb space to park even for unloading your luggage - one needs to park at a private NHS parking opposite. (Though parking problems were expected, no complaints, just warning to future visitors). Excellent apartment by itself, very noisy location - and better

Enjoyed our stay - excellent location!

Location excellent and the apartment was really well equipped and clean. Very spacious for the area and had all information we would need.

Not a problem for us, but it isn't very accessible due to the narrow pavement outside of the building so just to be aware if you are travelling with young children, for example.

Pleasant well equipped apartmen; TV good, Wi-fi excellent. location good.

Apartment had no aircon and no opening windows, hence it was rather 'airless' and difficult to regulate temperature. Parking for loading and unloading difficult

Perfect location, quiet, clean and comfortable.

the shower head is awful, and the shower screen isn’t water tight, so the floor gets really wet. But, that was the only criticism!

Homely, clean, warm. Would definitely recommend

Very modern, all the amenities you’d need for a short break. Heating is good when you figure out how to work the thermostat! Had a lovely stay here with my family, the host was friendly, professional and very easy to get hold of if any problems. Good location right next to town.

The only 2 problems is I’d say there’s no onsite parking however there is pay and display car parks 2 minute walk away and the narrow path on the main road when initially entering property…other than that I can’t fault the property and would definitely stay again!

Superb

Beautiful old building in a fantastic location, not too noisy. Excellent clean and comfortable accommodation. Lovely bed linen, soft towels and a very comfortable mattress.

The key system was really difficult to use, you had to type the code very quickly for it to read, It took 5-6 attempts each time, a push button key pad would be more user friendly. The light in the wardrobe area of the bedroom is on some sort of long sensor and took ages to turn itself off.

The location was amazing, 2 min walk from the car park and town. The apartment was modern and well equipped, the perfect space for a girly weekend but would also go again with family.

Lovely apartment in an ideal location for the local facilities. The decorated and lit Christmas tree was a fantastic idea - thank you.

The entrance and ease of entry aren't the best, having to cross a very busy road, often with stationary traffic. The pavement is very narrow and we struggled getting a pram to the entrance.
