Very good

Room is huge, there is a patio outside too, a lot of space. Jacuzzi is very nice, also has a superb shower. It has a coffee maker with capsules, a big plus. Has a water cooler, which is awesome, room is very full of needful stuff, no need to go and buy bottles.

Extra bed wasn't so comfortable. Internet could not be accessed from inside the room.

Unique and great private Spa (large swimming pool, hot bubble bath, sauna etc), Quite location, an espresso machine, a refrigerator, amazing garden (!) that gives a great atmosphere. Great hospitality! Overall we had very good time

It would have been perfect if the shower at the "spa" had hot water :) The only real issue was wifi in most of the apartment (mainly the bedroom and spa). It was very weak to no signal. It could be easily addressed with additional extender for example... The place is more suitable for a couple because the Living room has sofa beds which ofcourse are not as spoiling as the bed in the bedroom.

Very good

The staff was very nice and responsive. Location is great and the resort is beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. Great experience with children. We enjoyed very much the indoor pool and spa. Was real fun to barbeque in the Outdoor kitchen. I recommend the Japanese cabin for families.

We were at the Japanese cabin. Not enough equipment in a room for 5: silverware, toalletens, towels. The child bed was very uncomfortable and also the sofa bed in the leaving room.

Great stay!

Great location near the Kinneret Sea and the Golan heights. Stayed in the Japanese Suite with it's own Spa (including indoor pool, spa bath and Sauna). Hagit was very friendly and helped with all our needs. Great stay!

Great facilities and hosting!

The place is just as advertised - the room is spacious and comfy, and the facilities, such as the outdoor pool, jacuzzi and barbecue area are awesome! The hostess (Hagit) was amazing! She responded quickly on any communication before our stay, and also during our stay catered to our every odd need with the same promptness and helpfulness.
