About this cabin rental

Welcome to Bleidt's Bucks and Bass, a family and sportsman retreat. Whether you are looking for fishing, hunting, boating, swimming or just good old peace and relaxation, we are your home away from home. We offer Smoky Mountain style real log cabins located 1.5 miles from the entrance of Lake Barkley State Park and 0.2 miles from Boots Randolph Golf Course. Cabins are open floor plans with tall ceilings and hardwood floors throughout the property. Cabins are completely furnished and offer a newly constructed pavilion with picnic tables and grill, separate laundry facility and freezers and outdoor fire pit with seating for four. Cabin offers 40 inch television with Dish Network. Property IDs are 7826261 and 7632240.
Cabins are conveniently located just minutes from Lake Barkley State Park and Boots Randolph Golf Course. LBL National Recreation Area is 10 miles away. Visit the Hot August Blues Festival at Kenlake State Park just 14 miles away. Rent a pontoon at Prizer Point just a 20 minute drive or bring the ATV and head off to Turkey Bay OHV Park 14 miles away.

What a great stay. The cabin is new, clean, and beautiful. The cabin for the washer/dryer also is sizable and has new, clean machines. We were greeted with our own cake and clear instructions on how to work various things. They also did a great job with branding, as many of the cups, playing cards, pillows, and other items had the cabin name. Overall it was great and we will be back!

We had fun exploring LBL with our kids with my daughter coming home from Colorado! Owner was very responsive. There was a personal noteand a cake waiting for us! My eldest left her must-have hair brush and Michelle was sweet enough to sent it to CO for her. Absolutely icing in thecake for our little family getaway!

We loved our stay at this Cabin. The hosts communication was very quick and helpful, which was very appreciated. The treats left for our kids were very thoughtful. The cabin was exactly the same as it was shown online. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay again and we’ve already been recommending it to others! This is a great place to stay!

The place is clean, plenty of room to park a truck and boat, electricity hookups, and a grill to cook on. Also has a freezer with ice and washer and dryer in another cabin separate which was very convenient. It had everything we needed to make a fishing trip a success.

The cottage was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the outdoor area as well as all the special touches from Michelle. We were greeted by a cake and goodies and even a special shark cup for our grandson. If you have a chance to book this property, do not hesitate.

I don’t know the words to express what an amazing time we had!! My husband and our two sexy chihuahuas had the best time!! Our cabin was the perfect size for our little family!! We loved the cabin so much!! Our pups can struggle with change, but settled in and loved the cabin! It was perfectly clean and cozy!! There isn’t anything we could say needs improvement!! Great trip with family, as well as the family dog. Host's were very friendly, stay was great. We went for a fishing trip, the only complaint I have if the entrance/exit was kind of tight for a boat trailer (my boat is wider than most), and kind of in a blind spot. Never had an issue, just advise being careful. Overall a great place and great location if you plan on staying near barkley

We traveled to Cadiz to spend time with family for my sons birthday, and we were surprised to find a birthday cake waiting for us when we arrived. The hospitality here was great. We had no trouble communicating any time, and everything was as it said in the listing. The beds were comfortable enough, and the living area was comfortable as well. We didn’t have an opportunity to explore the outside amenities, as we stayed gone during daylight hours. We would stay again.

Upon arrival, we found several goodies that Michelle had left us for our stay. She even left a trick or treat bucket full of candy for our 12 year old son. He lived the surprise! Cabin was very clean, cozy, and quaint. It was perfect for some rest and relaxation.
