Clean with great location

Location It was central. Clean hotel with comfy beds and helpful staff

Each room seemed totally different in size and facilities. I booked 2 rooms a twin and a double We each had twin beds in both rooms. Single people had a double bed to themselves. Very small point. It didn't detract from our trip at all. I would however mention that some rooms are noisier than others. We booked 6 rooms in total and one was slightly noisier

Within easy access to the bus station and centre. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms have been refurbished and are very comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast.

pleasant experience

very friendly staff and pleasant environment! the receptionist was great! he even let us sleep in for an extra hour after the scheduled check out

we didn’t get to try the breakfast buffet because the cook wasn’t available. the receptionist thought, managed to get us coffee and cheese pie from the coffee shop next door

Breakfast was good. Staff were excellent. Value for money. The only real issue was the location which was out of the way and in a slightly rundown area.

Perfect for my stopover entourage

They rang me to check my arrival time to ensure someone was there to let me in. Had a different room this time as even more have been refurbished to a high standard. Breakfast back to high standard buffet.
