The fact that the sea was only 15 minutes away.
The photos of the property are very different from the actual. We also had a Dstv account that was in arrears and disconnected on Saturday morning. We were also unable to use the home outside, due to monkeys being all over and wanting to access the home.

Nice Estate, property Ok, lovely helper on site.
Communication, customer service and administration for booking etc is a challenge.

The house is beautiful looks exactly like the pictures. Very spacious and comfortable home, everyone was well accommodated. The host is really wonderful, very friendly and accessible at all times.
Gaining access into the Estate on check-in was a bit of a mission, even though our host prepared well for us and was great in communicating.

I loved everything about this place. We were safe and 100% comfortable.
Our house keeper Thembi was amazing. She was friendly and so helpful.
The house was well equipped with everything needed for self catering. I love and appreciate that the pool was closed for safety of my 2 toddlers. Thank you to our host for accommodating us in his lovely home. We were a group of 10 and the bedrooms were more than enough. The wifi was a great bonus because it worked throughout even during loadsheding. We actually didn't even see much of loadsheding because the house had backup when loadsheding happened. The whole estate was lovely houses, amazing fancy pools and best of all we had warm pools. I enjoyed this place to the fullest.
We kept getting lost inside the estate trying to find the valley of pools and bushbuck club.
But that's because I didn't know how to read the map they gave me at the welcome center.
GPS couldn't tell between residents homes and guests facilities.

It’s big,beautiful and has everything you will need in a holiday home.The provision of alternative energy supply during load shedding,brilliant.Free Wi-Fi with an excellent signal.The staff member is so friendly and ready to assist.The nature surrounding the property is awesome👌
Bad treatment by a security lady named Nondumiso when we arrived was a downer.Other security members reassured us and came to our rescue from her treatment.The estate not having signage that shows which route to the beach,really struggled at first to find facilities.

The house was dirty, carpets filthy, outdated furniture, outside furniture too filthy to use, we were very disappointed.

We enjoyed the sea view from our bedrooms, the house was super clean
The owners made our stay so comfortable... I received codes when ever I needed them.
Everything was so perfect and Thembi was so helpful.

it was spacious home and the rooms and bathrooms are nice as well
not that didn’t like anything but it can do with a bit of a lift

Thembi was an absolute star and our stay felt like we were at home. The owner was extremely accommodating with our check in and answered all our questions promptly. I would highly recommend 22 Acaciawood for a big family or big group of people who are looking at spending some quality time together.
The most annoying let down we experienced was limited access in Zimbali. Our access cards didn't work through certain boom gates, for example access to valley of the pools beach. We were allowed 4 drivers to gain access into the main gates but every time we went in or out we had issues getting in & out.
The minor let down was the bedding, I would suggest that the owner invests in some comfy beds & pillows for future stays.

Most areas within the estate were also closed for renovation

i liked the fact that there was someone at the premises assisting us with making our beds and with the information on how to go about in the area. The owner of the property was very kind to provide us with access codes each morning without having to ask for the codes.
the fact that the admin people did not capture our details correctly and we had to struggle at the main gate because some of the guest were not registered correctly even after providing all necessary information.
