Excellent place to stay, I would recommend this to all my friends.

The hotel is a 2/3 minute walk from the Main Street of Ullapool which is a pleasant walk through town, The choice of breakfast food was excellent and will cover most people’s need, and the staff were excellent

Very friendly staff.

The walls seem to be made out of cardboard. From 6:30am onwards I heard people walking above my room nonstop and others talking through the walls. I had planned a long good sleep after several long days on my road trip and this plan got smashed by this cheaply built accommodation. What makes me really angry is that they charged £ 160 for this low quality. They should be ashamed. The breakfast was also just mediocre.

Fabulous Stay! 5*

Wonderful stop for the night. Comfortable room, great attention to detail. Owners very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Above all, a Tunnocks Caramel in the room! Highly recommended, wouldn't hesitate to book agsin!

Great place in a great location

Doing the Cape Wrath Trail and the Riverside was perfect for my only hotel stop in 16 days- got cleaned up, charged up, Fed and rested

Absolutely the most pristine hotel I've ever stayed, but the host is a little bit over the top

The breakfast was gourmet style, really well presented, but to be honest I would have preferred a more hearty start to the day

At breakfast we noticed a new recruit was being trained by the host, unfortunately it disrupted our early morning relaxing time, the host was very demanding and made the new starter feel so nervous and inadequate (In my opinion)

Everything was lovely, great host, great staff, lovely room with fine furnishings and a wonderful shower. The lounge is really well set up and is very stylish.

A comfortable and quiet nights stay

The B&B was a quiet space on what felt like the edge of town. It was only 5 minutes down to the harbour and the fish and chip shop (which did gluten free fish and chips!). They had gluten free bread and were happy to juggle the cooked breakfast so that there were foods that were okay for me to eat. Unfortunately they didn't have diary free spread (or marmite) but it was February and I had brought my own. The room had a quiet simplicity with high thread count cotton sheets. It was warm, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. The kettle in the room was welcome. Because I was passing through, I didn't try any of the communal areas but I have no doubt they would have been clean, warm and comfortable. There was convinient B&B parking out front. Not sure how many rooms there were but it looked sufficient for the number of people staying.

The previous person who had used my room had uninstalled the settings on the TV so I was unable to watch it. I didn't appriciate being blamed for the uninstalling by the male owner. I found him quite brusk. His wife was lovely.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were lovely and clean, and the breakfast was wonderful! It was great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommended a beautiful place to stay very friendly helpful staff we will definitely stay here again the room is quite large very modern and exceptionally clean

Great place for a short stay.

We’ll run b&b, cosy with a comfortable residents lounge. There was a choice of breakfasts including vegetarian. It’s a 5 minute walk to the centre of town where you’ll find restaurants etc, although in February the choice was limited.

Although the bedrooms were cosy I found it difficult to regulate the heat output of the radiators but better too warm than too cold.

Everything was easy - check in, comfortable bed, breakfast very Scottish with many choices, check out was simple, all staff were friendly and helpful, property was clean with all amenities. Charlie made everything seamless with good recommendations for places to eat.
