Strategic location, but excellent as well for WFH.

Studio 87 has its charm, if compared with Studio 89. Studio 87 is more geared towards the students. It's dormitory-like facilities is a god send. They have a microwave and electric fan, on top of the usual aircon and water kettle. It's comfort room is homey, but clean and spacious. While there is no in house restaurant, food choices are near and varied, and if ever, you can always book Grab food. No cooking allowed, but heating is more than ample with the microwave.

Would've wanted a discount policy, if frequent client.

Overall my stay together with my daughter in Studio 87 Residences is perfect due to quiet place.

I paid for additional P2,974.32 instead of the price stated in the confirmation email of P24,786. According to Studio 87 Residences, the Booking,com charged them the amount of P₱ 27,760.32 which is the non-refundable amount in case of cancellation or no show. I immediately emailed booking.com about this but no response was received at their end.

Good location near Ateneo University and friendly and helpful staff, with a variety of restaurants nearby

Card payment was unavailable. There was a cockroach in the bathroom.

The property is situated in a good location, close to malls. The staff are very helpful and accommodating.

The aircon was noisy, water heater is not working. We rented 4 apartments, in one of the rooms, the sink was clogged. Not all rooms got bidet, they only provide dipper.

I'd stay there again

The location is good if you are attending Ateneo for an event or function. The bed and pillows were nice and comfortable.

The room was a good size, the shower is a bit dated and could do with a new shower curtain and shower head. The aircon was blowing in a dust so probably needs a service

Very good

The location was good enough for me because it was near the place I intended to go to. The convenient store beside the lobby was very helpful too. Tables with lights were good enough to study/reading. The room was good enough for 2 adults if you intend to stay for short business trips. The staff were very accommodating as well.

The bathrooim was clean but needs improvement on the faucet & shower unit.

It is ok to book here again. The place is clean. just minor annoyances.

Receptionist is very kind and courteous. Security guard too.

No soap inside the bathroom. Found a used bottle behind the microwave oven. Water heater is not working. There was even a sign saying "Don't Touch!!!! The shower heater settings are all ok!!!". Pillows have surot. Got bitten by these critters. Desk lamp not working. Main light was blinking intermittently.
