I enjoy staying in the hotel but need same improvement like more kitchen stuff such as ovenmicrowave

the space of the room ,the swimming pool and the people in the hotel was very nice as well. we will be back.

need oven, microwave a cleaning supply for the bathroom. it will help if you have somebody when you come in the recaption, I seen people get confuse how to get the key for the rooms.

Visiting friends in Tenerife

As a sole lady traveler I felt safe .

The apartment would of been better if had a microwave and iron ,plus couldn't get TV to work.the shower had a broken stand so couldn't put shower head up in the air had to keep putting it on the floor of shower tray ,but it was clean and always hot and powerful.

Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura

la posizione non era male .....naturalmente parlo per le mie esigenze

tutto!!!!!!! Ho dovuto condividere la stanza con gli SCARAFAGGI, Ero circondato da SCARAFAGGI, La cucina era invasa , non ho potuto nemmeno comprare da mangiare, me li sono trovati anche sul letto. la cucina vecchia e con pensili rotti , molto sporca sotto e sotto il lavello, i muri in generale sporchi. Dovrebbe essere per tre persone ......non so come si potrebbe stare in tre, non c'è spazio sufficente . L'armadio anche sporco pieno di polvere all'interno. Io sinceramente non avevo guardato le recenzioni al momento della prenotazione, sono andato vederle solo dopo essere entrato e aver visto con chi dividevo l'appartamento per capire se ero stato sfortunato io oppure era una cosa comune.......praticamente la maggior parte delle recenzioni sono simili alla mia.....quindi mi domando come Booking possa mettere a disposizione della sua piattaforma una struttura cosi fatiscente. Sono molto deluso anche da Booking

Ia tranquillità, i servizi nei dintorni

La mancanza di personale alla reception, la totale mancanza di pulizia (la polvere sui pavimenti e sui mobili non è mai stata rimossa per la gioia degli allergici), la non disponibilità di coperte o altro negli armadi (abbiamo patito il freddo e non c'era nessuno a cui chiedere una coperta), la non disponibilità di lenzuola, letti e coperte matrimoniali (i letti li ho legati assieme, ma le lenzuola come facevo?). Siamo in Europa e il letto matrimoniale è di uso comune nellle coppie e/o marito moglie

Erneuter Aufenthalt sehr fraglich

Gefiltertes Meerwasser im Pool, das sommerliche Wetter, die nahe Busstation und der Service durch Hotelmanagerin (sie kennt Schwachstellen und hat helfend zur Seite gestanden).

unzureichende Küchenutensilien (z.B. keine Weingläser, kein Korkenzieher, keine Eierbecher ...), Möblierung aus Urzeiten und Bettgestell mit unkomfortablen Matrazen, Meeressicht stark eingetrübt durch großflächige Halde Bauschutt, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis enttäuschend.

Good value for the money

Ladies who clean apartments are doing good job. Bus station is in front of the building. Hiper Dino is 15 min away. Beach is very near, you have Playa de Montaña Amarilla, i recommend you to go see the view from that mountain. You have washing machine in yard near the pool for 4e and also drying machine. We were a little bit scared of the thiefs but we always have kept gate locked like it's recommended when we were not on balcony especially during the night and we didn't have any problem.

Microwave would be nice update. I do know that cockroaches are very common issue on Tenerife but i do wish that we didn't saw them. But luckily only two inside, and one outside that was already dead. But all that on the side we would come back.

Have stayed in Carolina Apartments a few times before Our Apartment this visit was tired, kitchen cupboard doors were all badly fitting & equipment minimal

We will never go back here again.

Location

Very noisy neigbourhood, thin walls! Very basic, also cockroaches showed up a few times. If you would like to rest in a calm place, this is not one of them. On departure the receptionist was not bothered to ask how was our stay, just took the keys and went off.

Superb

Staff very helpful. Sorted all problems quickly. Location was good for us as only 500m from my Father's place. Buses although a little lax on timing sometimes, were cheap and efficient. Will use again.

Dog crap on pavements is an issue. Just need to be careful. Council is trying to improve the situation.

Paradise on earth

Keys were left in the locked box so I could access them even after work hours. Lock box code was sent to me few week prior so no hassle involved

Superb

A maid came in the middle of the week to clean and bring clean bath towels. The swimming pool was good; and there was a bus stop right outside the entrance of the complex.

Lovely quiet holiday, all I needed

Great pool, lovely poofy pillows and comfortable fleecey throws. Close to supermarket, quiet area, buses to Los christianos outside hotel. Close beach a bit daunting for me as very high and rocky.

I could have reasonably asked for more for the price, I enjoyed my stay very much

Spacious apartment. Pool area. Large screen TV with English channels. Helpfulness of lady on reception. Lovely quiet area for early break.

Uncomfortable seating in lounge. Ie bed settee. Covering needs washing or replacing. No microwave or oven.

The balcony - you can eat breakfast watching the seaside and beautiful sunrise

lack of sleep due to uncomfortable beds

the location is good to the sea shops and boozers also bus stop

kettle kept tripping the electrics so we had too boil the water in a pan. shower leaked all over the floor. no instructions for the safe or too use the Wi-Fi or facilities as the English page was missing . the beds were clean but like sleeping on the floor rock hard . no English channels on the tv.. only 1 pillow too

the rooms were a nice size, it was near the shops, the beach, restaurants. clean towels, change of sheets, awesome terrace very near

only one set of keys was available the area is very very quiet no cleaning products in the room, no corkscrew !!
