Good morning I was to tryp by Wyndham istanbul Sancaktepe / from July 17 to July 25 .. Everything went well but I wanted to make a report about an unpleasant event .il day 19 c.m I took a taxi at 08.30 am as I found it outside the hotel that was waiting for a girl to take her to the university. The taxi driver told me he could take me to the center of istanbul.besides the fact that he took me about 1800 Turkish lira also charged me the double fare... I wanted to emphasize the dishonesty of the taxi driver.I wanted to point out that these people certainly do not make you a good advertisement ... I kindly ask you to have his name and email to have a comparison with him. Grz I await a kind reply Attached the two receipts with the same parameters different credit cards because it said that a nn gave possibility of payment Thank's franco comin

I asked for a taxi at the staff, they told me ok called. After 20 minutes I asked why the taxi not arrive and the answer was that the call was deleted. Nothing more, no alternative solution no excuses.

The BEST hotel and service in Istanbul.

What you see online is exactly what you get in person. The hotel is beautiful. They have a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. The breakfast is amazing. With so much selection. I have been traveling to Turkey for many years and I have to say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is so clean and professional. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I wish all of the hotels in Istanbul could be like this!

Nice room with terrace, sauna and hamam included in price. Good location.

I asked for storage of my luggage after check out till 2 pm, I was told it will be taken to the storage room, but when I came back to the hotel I found it in front of reception desk unattended. Luckily nobody took it, but the impression was bad. Staff was acting properly but without any attention to the guest.

Friendly staff especially Mr. Ali & Mr. Fatih Room was big with one queen bed + one single bed They offer you free parking There is some supermarkets nearby Price was good

Room was hot and windows can't be opened and A/C works only for heating ( winter system) My booking was for big twin room by they gave me another small room.. Then i showed them my booking in tbe App and they changed it

it was horrible specially with my bad experience when I was leaving , as they charged me extra and when I complained the

the only good thing was it’s location was convenient for me

where to start , at first the only give two coffee cups at the room and they don’t change it you have to call them to come and bring new clean one , room service just come change sheet so room technically remain dirty, after I paid in advance for my booking they forced me to pay extra at the time of check out , saying the rate was high when I booked , which I didn’t understand because if I already paid how fair to come back asking for money after a week ? first how can I trust you with the rate ? how do I know if that was the rate back then ? and how is it fair because maybe if I knew it was high and if you told me back then I would’ve refused and went somewhere else

bad experience at Istanbul hotel

there was some hotel staff was helpful. Halil and Volkan was good. The staff of Restoran was helpful

first is the girl at the reception was very impolite and ugly face. cleaning the room was very bad. please take attention at the room because our child get injured by pic of glass which housekeeper forgot to clean. not at all 5* hotel.
