Modernes City-Hotel

Modernes freundliches City-Hotel, aber mit begrenzten Parkplätzen. Die Matratzen sind gemütlich und die Zimmer sauber.

Prima verblijf in vier-persoonskamer

De familiekamer is qua oppervlakte klein, maar voor één of twee nachten goed te doen. Het voordeel is dat er een stevig stapelbed is. De douche is ruim genoeg. De kamer was gelegen aan de achterkant, dus hadden we geen last van het geluid aan de voorzijde. De airco werkt niet, maar mogelijk kwam dat doordat het raam open stond, dat bedachten we achteraf. Aan de voorzijde van het hotel waren een aantal gratis parkeerplaatsen, gratis vanaf 22.00-07.00 uur. Daarvoor kun je parkeren met parkeerschijf gedurende twee uren. Wij hadden geluk dat er net iemand wegreed. De kamer zag er netjes uit.

Wel irritant was dat een aantal personen beneden op de binnenplaats een sigaretje aan het roken waren en 's avonds luid praatten. De bedden en kussens zijn hard.

Prima verblijf. Voor ons op een gunstige locatie.

De kamers waren best gehorig. Hierdoor werden we 's nachts wel wakker van geluiden, dat was wat minder.

Goed hotel voor een stedentripje

Locatie tegen centrum aan, dicht bij station en metro. Bedden met heerlijk stevige matrassen.

Ontbijt was basic, wel oké, maar ook veel voorverpakte broodjes, daar houden wij niet van. Kamer 7e verdieping aan de drukke straat dus met het raam open wel veel geluid (Volgens mij zijn er alleen kamers aan de straat zijde voor en zijkant).

Die Betten waren sehr bequem

Das Frühstück war sehr karg und alles war trocken und sehr lieblos zubereitet. Es gab lediglich angetrocknete Gurke als Gemüse.

The point in the Booking application is incorrect - the hotel is a little further, across the street from the Leonardo hotel. Look for the route on google maps. Good hotel for one night, close to train station and shopping streets. The girl from the hotel helped call a local taxi because Uber couldn't find anyone to ride.

Value for money hotel in reasonably central location.

Initially assigned a room at front of hotel, which was noisy, but receptionist changed this on request for a quiet room at the back of the hotel. Beds comfortable, surprisingly good breakfast for 10 Euros each. Overall value for money. English spoken, staff were pleasant and helpful.

Booking.com website advised that private parking was available but could not be booked. B&B Hotels website advised that 11 spaces private parking were available, no mention of requirement to book. On arrival we were advised that all spaces were taken and that we should have reserved a space. So clearly a disconnect somewhere! Parking is available in a public carpark opposite, for 28 Euros. (14 euros until midnight and another 14 Euros for next day....)

great location everything is walkable, comfortable bed and a good shower.

We enjoyed the location of hotel it was easy to walk to the Christmas Market. The tree in the lobby was beautiful as well.

All was good except service from receptionist. The lady at reception was very cold and unprofessional. As we approached her desk she saw us but kept looking at her screen as if very busy with something which we respected and gave her time to finish however it seemed what she was watching or attending to on the computer was taking long she did not acknowledge us until I greeted her. There was no smile in welcome from her facial expression. She simply asked for our reference punched it in and silently gave us back a card with our code and room number. Unknown to her I have 15 years experience in hospitality and have worked for BnB Hote in Laval, France so I knew what was in the card and did not need any instructions but as she gave the card I smiled at her and asked what her name was and she was very surprised but told us her name then I bid her a good evening and went to find our way to our room without any help with direction or even an attempt to upsell to us even breakfast. It was a very cold way to be received and would never want to go back to this hotel. I'd understand if she was under pressure due to many customers but we were the only ones.
