Poor

was okay

The staff was not allowing me to eat in the restaurant, told me to go back in my room all the time and were not very welcoming to start with...HUgo in the morning was a lot better.

Disappointing

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful! you could order a pole dancer and there were condoms in the room ;)

I had no idea it was an express hotel, booking says nothing about that. I would have liked to know, as I think it is disgusting to know what has gone on in one's room in the past, there was hair and dirt in the jacuzzi, the sheets were well used - there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke. it was a bit hard to see that the cleaning staff work both at night and during the day 😵‍💫) I simply cannot support such a business.

Yes breakfast was good good service the beds were clean comfortable

No air conditioning the odor in the shower was terrible or in the urinal the owner or manager act like he didn't care about the business. Not too friendly.

Ok location for price, however no web access.

The facilities were in line with the price. The cleaning personnel were great.

There was no heating and cooling. The only way to get air circulating was to open the windows. No screens and no bars to prevent access to the room from the outside. The lady that was taking care of the kitchen could use some guidance on customer service, Very annoyed at any request. NO WORKING INTERNET. If this a requirement go elsewhere. Must pay in cash up front for the entire visit. No chance of refund if unhappy.
