Miera osta ar lielisku terasi pašā Funšalas centrā.

Apartamenti atrodas ļoti labā vietā, var teikt, ka vecpilsētā. Apkārt ir pilnīgi viss nepieciešamais, restorāni, īsas pastaigas attālumā tirdzniecības centrs. Transports. Fantastiska terase, kur pavadīt jaukus vakarus. Tāpat ir viss aprīkojums lai uz vietas gatavotu maltītes. Kā sagaidīšanas sveiciens bija Madeiras vīns un cukurniedres cepumi, kas bija ļoti patīkami.

Viss patika.

sehr zufrieden mit wohnung und betreuung!

trotz der sehr zentralen lage mitten in der stadt nachts sehr ruhig; es wurden zweimal in den 16 tagen die laken und die handtücher gewechselt; eigene waschmaschine inkl. tumbler

The apartment could be exceptional but would benefit from some TLC - seating either worn &/or unclean, door frames, stairway bannister & generally surfaces need a good clean & lick of paint, sash windows do not work, some doors difficult to open. Well equipped kitchen with BOSCH appliances and good communal living space. The garden & bedroom terrace provide great outside space. Great central location..

Well located apartment close to local amenities.Quiet and relaxing area

Location excellent.Quiet area . Lots of restaurants couple of minutes walk,sea and old town 10 mins walk. Lovely outside areas to relax Well equipped kitchen

Air conditioning only downstairs. Fans provided upstairs but it was like a sauna upstairs .The sofa in lounge does turn into a bed and I chose to sleep here with the air con as so much cooler Internet in lounge but none upstairs

Fantastic stay in Funchal

Apartment is really well located in a lovely part of town with lots of nearby restaurants and cafes in walking distance. There is a very well-equipped kitchen and comfy bed along with a nice living space. The host is fantastic and really attentive with fast responses to any queries we had re parking, check-in times etc. He really went above and beyond with shipping some belongings left behind which was extremely appreciated.

the location is close to everything, the kitchen was well equipped

The furniture outside is in very bad condition and unusable in both terraces (nothing like the pictures), washing machine with mold and bad smell, no cleaning was done or offered during our 11 day stay

Very nice apartment in the heart of Funchal

The apartment is located in the center, very comfortable to all services. The accomodation is very nice and has everything necessary. Ronald is very helpful to give information and suggestions regarding the parking near the place. Definitely I suggest who wants to stay in Funchal :)

Great apartment and base for exploring Madeira

A great first visit to Madeira with our young boys. Great apartment within walking distance of Central Funchal. The Flower Festival was taking place which was an added bonus. Look forward to visiting again. Thanks Ronald.

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet historic neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

There was nothing we didn’t like. The property has had some considerable use, but it is all comfortable and clean.

A perfect 10 days break! Ronald R, Manager looked after us.

The property is in a very central location. Quiet, secure apartment with loads of good restaurants around the vicinity.

Nothing much. There is a washing machine. Additional bath towels & kitchen towels which we can wash ourselves would have been perfect.

A great place to stay and experience the authentic life of Funchal.

elegant clean modern finish to a beautiful old building retaining high ceilings and many original features in completely restored condition. Spacious feel to apartment, well equipped kitchen, great wetroom/showers. Impressive use of ceramics on walls and floors of bathrooms. Big smart tv in lounge and two more in bedrooms (though no cable or aerial input for them). Lots of storage space and a secure safe. Two private patios to enjoy the day or night . The apartment is accessed through a very secure front door and the hall and stairway outside leading to the strong and secure original front street door is also completely modern with clean lines. When you step out the front door you are in the heart of San Pedro- a lovely part of Funchal with restaurants, cafes, shops and sights all around you.

some of the furniture- especially the outdoor suite is showing signs of wear and needs replacing.

Excellent stay in a very comfortable, modern and spacious home. The location is brilliant!

Spacious and very good quality appliances. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Extra plus for the lovely welcome package of Madeira wine and cakes! The location is excellent, with everything you need in Funchal city at your fingertips, but still mostly very quiet at night, just some noise from the neighbouring apartment.

It would be helpful if there was somewhere to place your own shower things in the shower, instead of having to put them on the floor. The instructions for garbage removal were also a bit confusing since they ask you to place these in a locked cupboard for which there is no access. The apartment gets a little cold since it's never in direct sunlight, but the host provided a duvet very quickly when asked.

It looked exactly as it did on the photos, amazing place to explore Madeira from.

It was light, spacious, clean, great outside space , excellent location and very quiet even though it was in the middle of the old part of the city.

Would have liked extra pillows on the beds as spares had no pillowcases.
