Gostei de tudo,só o quarto que ficamos era ventilador,e estava muito calor,comida exelente. Poderia ter piscina coberta para a noite e atrações.

Ótima comida, com instalações que precisam de reforma

A comida do hotel é espetacular, assim como a localização. Os funcionários do restaurante e as camareiras são muito simpáticos.

Os quartos estão muito mal conservados. Limparam meu quarto apenas uma vez (estadia de 4 dias). O quarto 1 não tem telefone, não tinha os controles remotos e não repuseram as toalhas. O funcionário da recepção precisa de treinamento para atender pessoas.

Águas termais fabulosas..

A piscina é ótima e fica aberta 24 horas. As banheiras são de relax ótimas. A localização do Hotel Cldas da Imperatriz é de muito bem estar.

Ficamos na parte antiga, que foi escolha do meu neto, que gosta de história e ganhou o passeio de presente no dia das crianças. O barulho do corredor atrapalha muito o sono e os funcionários as 5:30 começam a a conversar muito alto....uma sugestão para diminuir estes rumores seria ter um silêncio maior até um horário um.pouco mais tarde. Agradeço a hospitalidade.

Thermal baths the old fashioned way

This is our second visit and we love the peace and tranquility of this old traditional hotel. The cost is all inclusive and the quality and variety of food is apparently all hand made on site.

The noise that comes from the plaza hotel which is very close with live bands playing at weekends until 23.00. Double beds are two singles pushed together and as a result not the most comfortable

It was ok. It was nice to be in the warm pool on a cool rainy day,

Breakfast was ok.... mostly cake... and I'm gluten intolerant but I ate fruit and some bland cheese. The coffee was nice. No idea what the staff were like as they were wearing masks making them impersonal. The room was large and the view outside to the trees was nice. It was fun watching the wild coats (a creature with a long fluffy tail) out on the deck. There was a massage and facial place next door which was really good but the hotel had nothing, not even a sauna or a steam room.

The water in the baths was not hot enough. There were three baths close to our room; one was full of cold water the entire time as we could not get the plug out, one had no light bulb (but ok as there was a small window) and the other, when I went in the morning, looked suspiciously like it had poop smeared in it. The whole thing felt more like a sanatorium for TB patients due partly to the absurd mask wearing, but that's not the hotel's fault. The dinner was chips and fried fish cakes/balls and pink plastic looking ham. and tons of cake.... only a little lettuce and tomato and no other vegetables. The tap in our bathroom was plastic and moved around so you had to hold it with both hands, the sink was actually in the shower and the furniture was an odd collection of old stuff you might pick up on the side of the road and the fridge was old and rusty.
