The delivery trucks for the supermarket next door come at 5am.

Very poor customer service from the team. We were placed in a holding room on arrival for an hour in 30degree heat - this room had no running water and an entirely clogged toilet. We were then asked to move during our stay to a room with 2 too few beds.

Helpful staff rooms are tidy but not extraordinary

Be careful with parking one car is allowed but the day you check out look for the time i was 19 minutes late and paid the penalty which is ridiculous 😡😡😡. Tried to contact them but they said it’s Third Party they can’t do anything

It’s suitable for small family to have a nice stay

I was clean and nice apartment with two bedrooms and living and dinning area. A big bathroom was very clean. Nice location and easy to access. very good security system. The kitchen is amazing you can cook for your family. Totally worth for money and I can recommend for your nice stay.

Location was good, walking distance to Enfield station, bus stops and other amenities.

The view of the apartment was not the best as the flat is facing the lidl market overground parking. Very basic and old furnitures in the flat.

Everything was good 👍

Tv doesn’t work, oven doesn’t work, Head shower drops to zero after 3 minutes of use, for the following guests, leave 2-3 dishwasher tablets.

Lovely property

Decor was modern and clean, location was great. Warm and quiet. Beds comfortable and good table in the kitchen. Lovely warm welcome from Barbara

Could be better if: there were items to clean kitchen and bathroom, brush for floor etc, or an option to have a cleaner in every 24 or 48 hours for multi night stays 1 towel per person was left for a 4 night stay with no obvious soap powder to wash them If this is being used as self catering, a welcome pack with instructions for taking out rubbish and new bags for bin would help 3 seater sofa for a 'sleeps 6' property

We had a fabulous stay in London.

The building is a bit of an eye sore, but the apartment itself was excellent: spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck outside.

The fact that i had covid so was unable to make my booking so i notified both booking.com and Skyvillian apartments directly 13 days before and because it wasn't 14 days they still charged me with no consideration whatsoever, the contact number was a mobile number and when i rang I wasn't answered to and just sent a text saying "can i call you later" !! And recieved no call, brutally unprofessional or understanding in these difficult times when cost of living is so high and i had acquired covid £370 was still taken regardless
