Nice, clean and very convinient apartment

Nice apartment in the historic zone of Ostuni, very convinient walk around the town.

Access to the apartment with steps and not so favorable with luggage, and limited access by taxi as it is within ZTL

Be careful before you book!

Was nice decorated was brand new, Also the temp inside was very good.

- the hosts wasn’t resposive I was trying to find him all the day and I was one hour outside of the apartment trying a way to get inside. - the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. - the street noise from outside was a problem, if you are a light sleeper you will have a trouble with the sleep.

I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone- it was our favourite place to stay on our Italian holiday!

This property is 10/10! It’s brand new! Awesome location! Extremely comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. Lovely breakfast, coffee and cold drinks provided It’s a winner in every way!

Very good

The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect! It was central to everything! The host was very kind and helped us with booking taxis and tours. The place was stunning and the AC worked very well. This made for a great experience in Ostuni!

Our only complaints are that the shower would get very cold very quickly and the property has a bit of an ant problem. These were the only problems we faced.

Ticked every box and more!

Fantastic location! The accommodation is newly renovated, with stunning interior, clean, comfortable and a fully equipment kitchenette, even stocked the fridge with refreshments! Easy self check-in, the host had great communication and gave great recommendations for restaurants and beaches in the area. I cannot recommend this place more!

The only downsize is the price for 2 people for accommodation without breakfast but we struggled to find anywhere available for only one night. Place and host were great.

Well located, clean and good for a short stay.

Good location - could easily walk around and visit the city. Clean accommodation.

Parking location not at all convenient. Hot and sweaty trek up the hill with our suitcases .. and Google maps seemed rather confused with directions to the flat. Tiny bathroom.

Very nice flat in the middle of Ostuni historic centre. Bed is very comfy. Location is perfect. Flat is very clean. Host is very nice and gives recommandations of restaurants, bars and nice beaches nearby. I recommend !!

Gianmarco was excellent, so helpful and replied to messages quickly. He also gave excellent restaurant and beach recommendations.

Exceptional

The host replied quickly to any request. He gave tipps for places to eat and most importantly: free places to park. Gianmarco already welcomed us meters outside of the house to make sure we find the apartment. The check-in/ out was very uncomplicated. Would reccomend this to anyone who wants to be in the heart of Ostuni and be in a lovely apartment.

Superb

We did not get to meet the owner, but he kept in touch through Booking and WhatsApp and provided very clear instructions for check-in. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Unlike other guests we did not experience any issues with A/C not being powerful enough. The location is about as central as it can get and parking is located within a 5-minute walk (even with luggage).

Because the location is close to the central square and bars/restaurants, there are people who pass the property late an night and make noise.
