Localização, conforto e limpeza!

O Hotel é muito bom, a localização excelente, os funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. O quarto é confortável, as instalações são funcionais. O café da manhã é em um salão amplo com muitas opções e variedades. O banheiro é espaçoso e o banho é ótimo. O hotel fornece itens de higiene como shampoo e condicionador. Garagem espaçosa. A piscina na cobertura não é muito grande, mas oferece uma bela vista da praia.

O ar-condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando adequadamente e a solução demorou bastante. Nós tivemos que trocar de andar e ir para outro quarto. A limpeza do segundo quarto não estava tão impecável como o primeiro, a camareira com certeza era outra.

Academia com equipamentos modernos e muito bons, porém como em quase toda academia de hotel não tem muita opção para exercícios de membros inferiores

Amei tudo gente ! E olha que eu passei o réveillon no hotel, estava lotado mas tudo funcionava perfeitamente. O café da manhã maravilhoso, no quarto tudo limpo, cama macia. Show!

Good night's sleep

The beds are truly comfortable, the sheets and towels super clean. A rare thing in Brazil. Reception staff member Diorgiensis needs to be congratulated for sorting out a dentist for me during Christmas - no easy task.

I would call their Christmas fare 'economic' to say the least. Breakfast probably among the most unimaginative and disappointing although excellent coffee served hot.

disappointing, will not return with my family, for a hotel that mix tourist with offshore workers

the rooms are very confortable, with exception the fridge is not filled with any beverage. Beds are not so confortable as well, and the air conditioning very noisy

for our surprise, the fridge at the rooms, which are not cheap for the kind of hotel are not filled, so anything you need for beverage or even a chocolate, you need to get down stairs, to pickup at the bar. this is very uncomfortable scenario , for this kind of hotel, that you contract speccing for full service... was a very disappointing experience

The stay was lovely with no major issues faced.

The staff is great and the breakfast spread good. All in all it is a nice place to relax if you are looking for a place away from the crowds but still accessible to the popular joints.

The location is away from all the major restaurants so you need to do a bit of walking.

Ok to sleep but needs a lot of adjustments!!!

Friendliness and view!

The shower in two of the three rooms rented were not getting warm, fridge was not cold enough to keep drinks cool, we took 40min to check in, only two shower towels offered in each room when renting a room for two adults and children, breakfast was ok but coffee was watery (no coffee taste at all)!!! The rooftop is not what you show on the pictures!!!
