Sẽ quay lại nhưng chắc sẽ chọn phòng khác

View đẹp, tiện nghi đầy đủ, nhân viên lịch sự. Máy nóng lạnh nóng nhanh và k bị tình trạng quá nóng hay quá lạnh. Mọi thứ đều rõ ràng và ghi rõ nội quy!

Cách âm k tốt nên khá ồn. Cống thoát nước chậm Với k có nhân viên kéo vali nhỉ? Nhưng bù lại nhân viên đều lịch sự, niềm nở

Can't see beach view

Breakfast buffer is too bad, not worth for what we paid.

Full of buildings, can't see beach from room or from buiding

Comfortable and will be back again.

The location is great. Not so near the local market but not too far.

I feel the resort is overload and lost control with many tourist at the weekend.

Amazing place at Vung Tau

Resort OK. 2 bé nhà mình rất vui. Bãi biển được dọn sạch sẽ mỗi buổi sáng.

Phòng gần đường nên hơi ồn vì xe cộ chạy qua bóp kèn. Xe mình dựng ngay phía dưới 1 cây, cây có nhựa rơi xuống xe lau chùi mãi mới ra. Mình đi từ mồng 2 đến mồng 4 tết. Mặc dù tình hình dịch đang căng thẳng nhưg resort còn lỏng lẽo trong khoản phòng ngừa dịch ví dụ như bắt buộc du khách pải sát khuẩn tay trước khi vào nhà hàng chẳng hạn. Mình chỉ chưa hài lòng về khoản này thôi. Còn lại resort rất tuyệt vời.

A family friendly resort with a relaxing atmosphere

This is a nicely designed and family friendly resort. Sand of its private beach is fine and clean while kids of all ages will certainly enjoy the swimming pools with fresh or salty water. Staff at the front office were super friendly and the check in and check out processes were efficient. The room was comfortable and clean, but its sound insulation was not as good as expected. The variety of the breakfast buffet was acceptable, menu of the restaurant for lunch and dinner, on the other side, were delicious. The location of this resort makes it an ideal choice for a relaxed holiday.

the facilities is not clean. sewer and mildew smell throughout the facility. no beach chairs or umbrellas. restaurant overpriced. breakfast area is way too small for the whole property. it’s like a war zone during breakfast and not much choices for breakfast. all the pool are filthy. people just wear their regular clothes into the pool.

gorgeous resort!

Large property. Room seas beautiful the furniture was modern yet was made to look antique. Loved the massage facilities within the building. Had a convenience store across the street as a part of the resort. Multiple pools, great breakfast and the beach is right there.

It is superbly remote. If you want to get away from it all, all you need is at the hotel.

The room was lovely. It was spacious and clean. The room was the highlight of the trip.

A member of the staff in Vanilla Spa was very inappropriate and unprofessional to me. The staff member looked at me, visibly made a face of disgust and ran into room behind the front desk. I wanted to leave the hotel at that moment. The restaurant is severely overpriced in regards to quality & quantity. The gym was adequate, but the treadmills did not work and the gym looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned for months.

Superb

it is a nice hotel and we stayed here not for the first time. rooms in codominiunm have one king bed and a bunk bed, so it is very convenient for our two kids. generally the rooms design is very beautiful and stylish. the territory and the pools are clean.

the restraunt is not ok. it was the same several years ago and still didn't imrove. the staff in restaraunt is still not good at english, it is difficult to communicate if your have questions about the menu, cause they dont' t understand engish or can't answer properly. besides the prices in restaraunt are too high, the dishes are small for the price. the staff was very slow , we were waiting patiently and finally they forgot to bring 2 dishes that we have ordered.

Bad service at reception

good structure, spacious rooms with good view.

Card machine did not work and the manager did not try to solve or propose alternatives. Didn't accept dollar either...

Pleasant

Sound proof is terrible. Actually no sound proof. Room layout need to be reviewed. Bedroom is near the corridor abd there is a window, while bathroom is in the middle.

I would never come back to this property.

It is funny to say but I love the service from parking area, it was an old man who really takes care of all vehicles he kept and very friendly to all guests. Compare to receptionists, he is 11/10.

I had an accident during the stay. The towel hanger dropped on my feet which I barely walked. The manager asked a nurse to check it out and the only thing they did is secured my feet and gave me a bag of ice. No compensation, no contact from the hotel to check up on my feet after that. I had to go for X-ray on my feet since it was really bad.
