El alojamiento estaba limpio y muy bien ubicado. La comida del restaurante también estaba bien y nos adelantaron la hora del desayuno porque teníamos una excursión sin problema.

Al llegar el encargado nos explicó todo lo que había de interés en la zona, lo cual agradecemos, pero sí es verdad que si hubiera apoyado la explicación con algún mapa hubiera sido genial. No es algo que no nos gustara pero sí algo que se puede mejorar 😉

Precio muy alto para la calidad de las instalaciones

Creo que el precio es muy alto para el nivel de instalaciones. Un poco estrecho, dicen que el estacionamiento está incluido pero nos pasó dos veces que otros vehículos ocuparon nuestro lugar de estacionamiento y tuvimos que esperar para que el personal del lugar coordinara que lo desocupen. El aseo del baño regular.

El papel aguanta todo. Las fotos no reflejan la realidad del hotel.

El desayuno era buena la propuesta, mala la ejecución. Huevos revueltos, super recocidos. El café era un nescafe (café instantáneo) super aguado. Lo demás, normal.

Reservamos un depto de 2 habitaciones, para 2 adultos, 2 niños, que se llama suite familiar y en las fotos se veía una pieza con 2 camas individuales y 1 pieza con 1 cama matrimonial (doble). Al llegar a la habitación, solo había 4 camas individuales. Fue super molesto e incómodo. Al señalar esto en recepción, me indican que en una parte mínima de la descripción y en letra enana, se supone que lo decía…. Pero las fotos, el nombre de la suite, la disposición (2 habitaciones) y el grupo de pasajeros (2 adultos 2 niños), jamás me hicieron cuestionarme que NO habría cama matrimonial, solo camas de niños.

Acogedora, buen personal y buena ubicación.

La atención del personal muy buena, tienen muy buena disposicion. La pieza bastante comoda con buenas instalaciones y muy rico desayuno.

Le hace falta aire acondicionado a la pieza y quizas estacionamiento un poco mas amplio.

Great place, clean, convenient, and comfortable.

In the cold season, batteries are heated, and it's warm. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Location - in the center of all major attractions, by car no more than 10 minutes to all places. Thank you!

Everything! Lovely well appointed room, decent WiFi speed, bathroom fixtures (think clean Nordic aesthetic), excellent scarce to be believed breakfast with local bread, ham, coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, a cheese and charcuterie board, etc. The only dinner meal I had was a locally sourced pork chop with trimmings, very good! Convenient location right off the road, yet the rooms are located away from the street, street noise is not a consideration except perhaps during the high season. No fuss paying by card. Unlike some establishments in Chile management is fully aware that guests who pay with a non Chilean card, do not have to pay 19% Vat.

Small detail, the beds were a tad on the small size. The room itself was ample, with a table and chairs.

Great breakfast, staff was very friendly and helpful. Pedro speaks some german! The attached restaurant is very good with very nice and friendly staff. Good base to explore the area. You need to sign up for a particular breakfast time slot the evening before, therefore breakfast runs smooth fot all guests and the kitchen, good way to do it.

The parking on site is a little too small and required advanced maneuvering skills at times, but staff will help and accomodate.

Great stay, would recommend it!

The location is excellent! Literally you will be steps from the Fuy River. Breakfast was really good: continental style, with fresh fruits, bread, cake, and eggs Also staff was so nice and always asking if we needed anything (even though we visited while high season, during february

I only found two "problems": because of the wooden rooms, you could really hear all the noises from the other rooms. It really depends on the people who are during your stay. We only had a problem one night, because there was a family with like 3-4 children who were very noisey, but we spoke with the staff and the problem was solved. The other problem was the shower door: there's only one door, so a lot of water will splash and wet the bathroom floor

I would strongly recommend this place. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

It was superb.

Tthe breakfast was excellent, with the exception of the coffee, which was VERY weak.
